Thank you for your clarification dear Shivam. Brahmarishi Mohanji tells us that all of us who lead a terrestrial life have things that we carry. These may be likes and dislikes, memories- good or bad, impressions that people and events in our life have left on our subconscious, and attachments to people, objects and positions like our role or job title. All these things weigh us down in the path of spirituality. These are the 'mountains' that Mohanji talks about in the video.
Our aim on the spiritual path should be to let go of these bindings, which cause karma and provoke more terrestrial births. An Avadhoota- a true Master has let go of all these matters of the mind and flows like a river.
Mohanji says that we can do so too, if we practise letting go, and do not react to situations in our life in an emotional way.

@Shivam Kumar :- Let go of any insecurities. Let go of any painful attachment that gives you pain or problem. Rather than letting go, we enjoy any attachement a lot, because we are addicted to it. Sometimes we are addicted to pain too and enjoy it a lot. Let go of any bad behaviour like anger, Jealousy, evil doings, violence, Backstabbing, ill speech. Let go of any past painful memories, let go of unnecessary overemotional behaviour. Don't always think that you are the cause of every event of your life. Let go of any kind of ownership of any event. It means we always think that we are doing something and we are certain about certain outcome. But the thing is we can't control the result. So we must let go of all worries that what will be the outcome ? While performing any karma like reading, writing, going for job, teaching kids, preparing for exams, we can't control the outcome. if we prepare for the exam then there is no guarantee that we will fail in the exam or become the topper. But till the result date we are always anxious and fearful. This is called insecurity. So we must let go to all these kind of troubling insecurities. Don't always think with whom will you marry ? Don't think about your kid's future. Definetely you must try at an optimum level for your progress as well as for your family well-being. But let go of any fear. Alertness in any work is necessary but fearfullness in everything is not good. What will happen if we do this ? What will happen if we won't clear the exam for job ? What will happen if our wishes won't get fulfilled ? All these come into the category of fearfullness and we must let go of all these insecurities.
