That’s not even half of it… after all that, after 200 days of nonestop battle against the toughest champions the chaos gods had to offer, after battling through every rampart and battle there was on Terra slaughtering daemons and traitors alike in their tens of thousands, after breaking a greater daemon of Khorne over his knee(old lore, I know… they changed it, but it’s still my head cannon) and right after proceeding to duel Angron who he absolutely massacred… he would knowingly walk to his own doom to sacrifice all that he has. Not just his life… but also the fates of his beloved sons. Knowing that his death would haunt his sons for Millennia. He gave all that he cared for to safeguard mankind. And even that sacrifice wasn’t easy. He had to fight trough hundreds of elite Sons of Horus on the vengeful spirit suffering even more wounds, before he would even arrive to Horus. And when he did, exhausted, wounded and wary Sanguinius would put up a fight that would cause Horus to deem him not just the fastest or the most skilled primearch, but also the mightiest.

Ugh. The way Sanguinius went out was just fuxking excessive. I understand it had to be that way to leave the impact it did on his legion. But the detail read like a gore fantasy. His wounds were at least as bad as the Emperors, if not worse.
The fact Sanguinius told his men to dip only for them to say, "Ey, that Titan ain't so big we can take it" Truly loved by everyone that they were willing to die with him.

I remember reading that the traitors needed angron to counter sanguinius. Like..... no. You need way more than that. They needed an almost chaos god ascensed horus to kill him. Imagine if Angron wasn't in his ascended deamon prince primarch form. Sanguinius would absolutely destroy him.
Remember Sanguinius' soul haunts the Vengeful Spirit. I wouldn't be surprised if once in a while he manifested briefly just to completely wreck some hapless black legionnaire
Fun facts. The emperor used the primarchs as living containers of minor chaos gods, the major 4 got rid of enemies and empy got generals. Sanguinis however, had two souls imparted to him, this is later revealed in his dual nature, number of passed on flaws, and strength, he also had more gifts than his brothers, foresight, flight, healing, powerful psyker, increased stamina, strength and speed.

Depends on the legion but on average over 100. 100 companies was a bit of a low amount as that's only 10 chapters. Guilliman had over 250 chapters so 2500 companies. Even a smaller legions like the thousand sons had at least 30 chapters just before the heresy, although after prospero the number probably dropped by a good amount.

Sangy winning a 1v1 with a titan is the most crazy feat of power from a primarch i know of. Angron held the foot of a war hound titan in place but it blew his back out. Sanguinius killed a chaos titan, a greater daemon, and banished daemon angron all in the same battle though at different times.

Unfortunately I think Sanguinius can't come back as his soul went to the afterlife. But I think that if the remaining loyalist Primarchs actually do link up and meet in the current day Imperium, they'll probably start another crusade in honor of Ol' Sangy. Imagine if The Lion, Roboute, and Rogal all managed to find each other and started a crusade in Sanguinius' name. The enemies of the Imperium would be in trouble.
