Hearing Taker’s bell toll at Wrestlemania made me jump out of my seat screaming “UNDERTAKER?!?!?!”
Lol man. My husband told me to go outside because I was yelling and hollerin on both nights.
@@jessicaburrow2799 it's that wonderful intense feeling when undertaker shows up 🥰
03.30am and I was silent screaming so I didn’t wake my partner up. That match went from one to the next to the other and I had no idea what to do with myself 😂😂
Sameee I didn't expect it but I popped like hell
My jaw dropped, I couldn’t believe it even watching it on CZcams made me kinda feel like I was there in person, undertaker has been my favorite wrestler since I was 13 first wrestler I ever watched too I’m almost 21 now and that love for the undertaker character will never die in me.
Literally never talks about the wrestlemania choke slam
This!!!
I was thinking the same thing, not once did Mania or how his appearance came up during this clip
Thanks for saving me time
It is still worth a watch
he does in this short clip

Got to watch mania with my uncle a few days before he died. A moment I'll never forget.
RIP, sorry for your loss.

😢 sorry for your loss, glad y'all got to see the big one before his departure 😞
Sorry for your loss. It was a great Mania that he got to Behold. A moment you'll have forever now.

Some time on SmackDown before WM 17 Undertaker said that Triple H will be running the yard one day
Hunter has so far has fired on all cylinders. What a great job he is doing. 🔥🔥🔥
That’s why he’s the Game
'There may even come a day where you run the yard, but guess what, today's not your day boy!' Then JR says on commentary 'He didn't call him Roy, he called him boy!' 😂Quality stuff
Not hard to conclude he'd be running the company considering who he was dating. 😅
@@garethrevell5873that didnt happen 👀
It was Tazz and Cole on commentary
Undertaker always looks gangsta as fuck i like his style
Well that title was false advertising as all hell
I know, I hate click-bait titles on youTube. 😑
They all gang up on Roman even after he and the Rock won bloodline rules opportunity on night 2 wrestlemania
As the title says _{I dunno id ìf they added that after your comment btw}_ it's Part 9 of a longer conversation in which, I guess, the talk about how that moment was conceived. That been said... I was disappointed myself, if only I saw that "#9" before watching I would have had less expectations.
@@davidedemurodominijanni9889 Do you know which video part # do they talk about making "The Rock chokeSlam" happen?
@@undrtakr900 I have no idea... had no time to dig in yet, sorry.
Triple H in my opinion is the perfect example of a breath of fresh air since he's been running the WWE. He definitely deserves his flowers for sure.
Fresh air ?.
HHH has been in WWE halls of power (non wrestling) for decades.
He’s had influence but he’s running the entire show right now. That’s the difference. Vince had final say and full creative control up until fairly recently. What we are seeing is what the WWE could be and will be without Vince at the helm.
Triple H has brought a dark cloud over WWE.
Besides winning over sting. 🦂 yes 🙌
Paul is doing fantastic so far everyone always said he had a great mind for the business! I hope he gets his solo induction into the hof next year.
Did i miss the part where its revealed how the undertaker/rock moment happened?
Me too
Probably done intentionally to make you watch the full episode
@@scrambledlegs423if thats the case, then you're basically setting yourself up for failure. Nothing pisses me off more than to be baited into something. Thats how you discourage people from continuing to watch your podcasts. I hope to the Almighty thats not the case.
I was wondering the same thing, did I miss something
Kinda hope it’s a mistake and the title was put on the wrong clip rather than them suckering us in 🤦♂️
HHH's ability to work with talent from NXT to... the rock, the undertaker, etc and everything in between is amazing
When my wife was a kid she rode the elevator with undertaker it's one of her fondest memories and so when he came out during the match she went crazy. Just an amazing match
Host, you have a legend and hall of famer there with you. Let the man talk.
Pleaseeee
It’s called having a conversation. He’s not interviewing him, they’re talking. It’s his and Taker’s show 🥴😂
I'd love to be able to just chill and talk with Mark. The art of conversation. I like the questions here asks.
it's his friend. the host is doing great job. sometimes Mark needs to be interrupted to keep him on track
You ever listen to Mark talk? He definitely needs his friend here to help reel him in or dictate the stories.
HHH is doing great. Seems like he is listening and working with others. Plus he can relate to the wrestlers. Glad to see this next generation.
interesting that the clip doesnt tell anything about the chokeslam moment at wrestlemania :D
clickbait
Exactly what I said to myself when I was listening during a small drive.
For me, seeing Triple H dance with New Day in ring back in days was like: Ok, this can be everything. He feel it so well role of being a boss & mentor for all of them. He was one of the best in ring & now he is one of the best behind the curtain. Long life to Triple H.
I was so excited that I accidentally hit my friend's father when I heard that gong... OMG, I'm still embarrassed, but that was such a great surprise. I absolutely love the Undertaker 😅
😂 That's awesome! I'm sure he understood. I was fortunate enough to be there and I accidentally said, "HFS" right next two 8 year olds. 😬 Thankfully their dad was into it too
You should have gave him a stunner 😡
I hated it. I was hoping for D’Lo Brown but got this guy instead.
@@BlackFaithProduction😂
10:00 Vince would do that and has done that. He’s had no issues in the past using tv time or money or gimmicks to grind his axes or belittle someone.
How he was so petty he'd never let a guy HE DIDN'T CREATE win the belt. (There are a few, Ric Flair and Booker T, just because he's not a complete moron).
But the fact Sting notoriously didn't want to go to the WWE, or how CM Punk came back because of Triple H.
As a kid who grew up during the Attitude Era, hearing that bell almost made me fall out of my chair. LEGENDARY!!!
DDP was buried day 1.
Taker still trying to cover up that DDP screw job lol
I just want to say, I enjoy your stories, Taker. You're not at all what I expected. I listen at work and it helps to pass the time. You guys do a great job and I love the setting. Nothing flashy, nothing crazy. Just to the point and quiet and relaxing to be able to hear y'all. Thank you all 👍🏻
Taker… weren’t you in an angle that completely buried DDP? I see Taker is wearing his Vince tinted glasses still
The part in which Undertaker talks about how Triple H has found that sweet spot in running the business is why WWE is so amazing presently.
Under the latter years of Mr. McMahon and TNA's Dixie Carter, it was authoritarian rule. Under latter WCW and current AEW, the talent overstep each other because they have too much creative control.
Triple H running WWE is a fair balance of authoritative control and personal creativity, professional wrestling and storytelling.
*Gen z is soft
It's just tha truth
I could watch and listen to the dead man all damn day.. such a character he’s played over the years and we’ve only heard so much about Mark, but to deepen the connection to him.. I’m grateful to this show. He’s one my Goats ❤
"why would you bring in people to hold them down?"
I'm sure DDP asked you that question a lot when he wasn't ever allowed offense and lost to your ex repeatedly
I was thinking about him too, but mostly Sting. WWE solely brought Sting in to bury him.
DDP got a massive pop on his first appearance in the WWF/E. Clearly, the fans were excited to see him. I have no doubt he would have drawn great money for the company from the start. He would have made a perfect opponent for Austin, whose heel run had been less than stellar at that point. Instead, they jobbed him to Taker’s wife, and he spent the rest of his time in WWF/E making goofy faces. I’m perfectly willing to hear someone explain to me how this isn’t holding someone down, but Taker’s discussion here leaves me unconvinced.
@@dfischy I think DDP was meant to feud with The Rock, don't know what happened to derail those plans though.
While I totally hated what they have done to DDP. DDP wouldn't be where he is at the moment helping people out and saving their lives if he DID got big in WWE.
Yeah, DDP was one of the few highlights in the dying days of wcw and think he could have been a top level guy. I heard there was backstage heat and thats what caused it but who knows if thats true or not and everything ive seen of him finds that a bit hard to believe.
My belief is that they give the wrestlers a structured story but give them the freedom to be themselves within that structure. Give them ideas but also them bring their own ideas without feeling restricted like they were under Vince.
Wrestlemania 40 was my first wrestling PPV that I have ever been able to attend (didn't have a lot of money growing up) and the only thing I wanted to see was an Undertaker moment at Wrestlemania... And when that GONG hit, the temperature of the whole stadium went up- what felt like 10 degrees. I couldn't believe it. Just writing this I'm getting a little teary. It was such a blessing seeing the actual spirit of Wrestlemania show up and get that beautiful moment. ❤ Thank you, Undertaker. You're the first one on the Mt Rushmore in my opinion. God bless.
Say what you will about Triple H and his career, but you absolutely cannot deny the love and passion he has for PW. 🤘
“I’ve been accused of calling guys soft”
Dude that’s the word you actually used 💀
And it's true. I don't like seeing him trying to justify it by backtracking and saying that he meant something else because of the backlash so many gave him because of it. It's true and he should stand his ground. People have the right to have their opinions.
Damn, when you and the rock went face to face it brought back my childhood memories
Mark is completely delusional if he thinks Vince didn’t intentionally hold guys that the audience loved down because “he didn’t get it”. The list is endless of guys that Vince buried.
Wholeheartedly agree!! 🔥💯🔥
He was favored more by Vince. And still is
I was hoping someone else noticed that Taker seems to have a blind spot to how some of the talent was positioned in the company.
I guess these things are hard to noticed when it's not happening to you, & you're to busy to view the product in a way us fans can.
CM Punk immediately comes to mind.
I mean shit just look at all the talent that Triple H HIMSELF built in NXT that Vince buried and held down. Nakamura NEVER recovered from being beat by Jinder Mahal in 2017.
In my humble opinion Undertaker was and will forever be the best wrestler.
I was watching Wrestlemania 40 with my dad in the living room and I was already pretty hyped with y'know Cena, The Rock, Jey-just all the appearances; but when I heard that first bell, man I literally jumped up out of my chair and couldn't settle down. Undertaker is my favorite so as soon as I actually saw you behind Rock, I couldn't believe it!
HHH is killing it right now. Keeping out the silly shit is a good start.
Taker was over the Rock and his "Final Boss" Persona, that look he gave him was our collective manifestation of "This Ends NOW!"
Take a shot for everytime Taker says "You Know"
Take a shot every time Matt cuts off Taker and talks for 10 minutes straight about what HE thinks about everything.
he still cant beat hbk at it. its fun.
Imagine if Roman Reigns ended the streak instead and ten years later, you have Undertaker come back to exact revenge by helping to cost him his title reign? Now that would have been an unbelievable payoff to pull off at Wrestlemania 40. I'm still happy that we got to see Undertaker back for one night only but just imagine if they went that way? It would have been epic
This is now canon in my head.
Bro! that would’ve been so much better
It would’ve definitely fed more into the head of the table angle too..
Reigns breaking the streak would have made a lot more logical sense than Lesnar.
We need a time machine so we can make this canon.
The production ever since Trips took over and that Buckteeth idiot left has been top notch.
This podcast maybe the smartest thing a wrestler has ever done!!
Using Booker T as an example in crazy! HHH buried him, said people like you don't get to be world Champion. Then he took 19 seconds after a pedigree to pin him with one arm. Yeah he wasn't held back at all.....
He said, “I’ve been accused of calling some of the talent soft.” Hahaha there is no “accused”…that is exactly what he said on Rogan
Word for word he said that 😂
He did say it & he isn’t wrong.
It was a great moment for sure!
I was expecting Steve Austin, not the Deadman!
Everyone was
Why was everyone expecting Austin? Was nothing whatsoever hinting that he would be there, nor would it make any sense for him to make an appearance as he had had no involvement in the storyline whatsoever.
@@ErmacXtreme1991 taker had no involvement as well..
You’d expect Austin because of his history with the Rock at WM
@@ErmacXtreme1991 you're reaching. no one was complaining we got taker but it's even been reported they tried to get austin but he wanted more money
Disagree with Taker on the WCW talent. Vince actively wanted to prove his WWF guys were superior. He spited himself on that deal for sure. Just ask Sting.
I mean Taker himself was literally involved with the burial of WCW talent, just ask DDP lol.
When undertaker bell ring I was in shock I was screaming undertaker I was so happy
Cody's Hero's Journey was the perfect example of HHH's creativity and intellect. Like it was the perfect modern day example of many myths from different cultures. He loses, then he spends a year going through a gauntlet of fighting and making allies, then he comes back and wins. HHH had to have read some of that stuff.
He can’t say it.. but they are..
in fact *S-A-W-F-T*
HHH is Gen X like me. We know how to relate to people. We get things, and we get it faster, and understand it faster than most people give us credit for.
Undertakers click baiting???? 😢
Great spot by The Undertaker & The Rock at WrestleMania 40.
The Undertaker = G.O.A.T.
I could listen to the undertaker speak for hours and not get tired one bit true legend
It would take hours too since this host never shuts up
When Taker started talking about why would WWE bring someone from another company to just bury them, I told myself "Idk, ASK VINCE!"
GenZ def soft
Times do change. Mark had been able to seamlessly evolve with every decade. His mindset and approach to most situations shows his knowledge of the business. He knows Triple H understands it too.
I really like the undertaker. But I think the example that him and the host gave about wcw and Booker T wasn't the best! Most fans of that era will remember the Rock burying Booker T in that legendary promo. Many years after that Sting publicly said that's the reason why he didn't join WWE for the longest time. It's to Booker Ts credit and talent that he became a success in WWE. It had very little to do with WWE creative. Undertaker looking at things through his rose tinted lens. But respect to the deadman each to their own views I suppose.
Taker preaching the wrestling gospel. Take responsibility for yourself and don't look for someone to blame if you fail.
What a moment. Well worth watching live in the early hours of the morning UK time. Thank you, Taker.
Undertaker is and will always be the best. He demanded respect and got it. I have followed his career since he became the “Undertaker “. He will never be forgotten. I was so excited when he appeared at Mania XL. Wish he would make more appearances! I miss him!
Incredible moment at WrestleMania 40! Thank you for returning to WWE Mark!! The Undertaker the goat 🐐
Paul Heyman is still the goat. He ran the company from behind the scenes.
Undertaker needs to return at every single Wrestlemania and do something epic like this over and over again even if it's for 10-20 seconds.
Ill always take Mark Callaways views on HHH before anyones.
We're talking about a guy who was there before H,while H was there and still checking in now.
Takers been in with the best and seen the best and knows how the best operate and always says H was one the best workers and minds hes seen and been in a ring with.
Taker gotta be one of the coolest dudes ever. I love how his character kinda evolved into a combination of the American Badass + Undertaker
I Just Finish Watching Undertaker 92 Promo Of Survivor Series & Just Watching This Amaze Me
I think the wrestlers are more conscious about preserving themselves instead of really taking risks that tear your body up. So, working smarter, not harder.
Undertaker at Wrestlemania was missing a little connection. I wish the lights would have dropped, then the first bell tolls and on the jumboton it reads "There is only one...", bell tolls again, "final boss of Wrestlemania...", bell tolls, lights come up and Taker is there.
The Undertaker carefully trying to say Vince McMahon doesn't suck.
Rock might be the Final Boss, but The Taker is the secret boss and we all know Secret Bosses make the final boss look like a punk.
Well I think Triple H is doing something right when every Raw or Smackdown is being sold out. Plus with Triple H in charge you are seeing wrestlers from other promotions starting to make their return back to the WWE. So I think Triple H is doing something right
UMMMMMMMM that bottle of Jack on the shelf looks bloody inviting lol
Take a shot every time ... "Ya Know" ... Mark Calaway (Undertaker / LEGEND) ... says Ya Know! 🤣
One gong makes the whole arena goosebumps the undertaker and the WrestleMania Boss is back
When that gong hit. My mind was racing to remember when the Undertaker had an issue with the bloodline and immediately raced back to WM33 when Roman beat Taker to retire him.
Not burying WCW guys tell that to DDP
Your the man taker.. been watching you since I was kid.. one of my favorite wrestlers much love
I hope he wasn’t talking about sting. Because yes the wwe made sting look like shit, once he got there. 💯
I assume the point is Undertaker's respect for Triple H made Undertaker's appearance at WrestleMania happen. Based on the comments, I guess a lot of people wanted to hear this:
"So Paul Heyman called me and said, 'Triple H wants you to be at WrestleMania'. And I said, "For Triple H? I'll be there "
The main match was late for me I'm old and work really early so I fell asleep not to long into it. But that bell, that bell thats been ingrained in my psych since I was an 18 year old brand new private. That bell woke me up screaming "HELL YEA!!!!!!!!!! THE DEAD MAN COMETH!!!!!!!!!!!" It was an emotional moment for me even as quick as it was. Taker has been my favorite since he 1st hit the scene and I've never waivered on that. He is the best there has ever been in this universe.
The American Bad-ass is back aka the Undertaker
imo the shoes HHH had to fill weren't that big as of late.
Whos this guy with Taker in every video? He has such an obnoxious way of talking. Over the top sighs, pointless pauses, talks in circles forever without ever getting to the point and never lets Taker talk
Every wrestler podcaster needs a mark, it's the rule.
Yeah, and this one has two.
The host absolutely is using this podcast to listen to the sound of his own voice non-stop. He'll repeat something word for word what Taker said 5 seconds earlier, except he takes twice the time to say it.
My only addition to that moment would be. That when the bell sounded and lights were off. Taker could have said a sick.one liner. Like he used to do as a deadman. And then poof he shows up and wham chokeslam.
"Rrrockyy...... I heard you call yourself the final boss.... Well boy... At Wrestlamnia... I AM THE FINAL BOSS"
Rock: 👁️👄👁️
Taker:👁️😡👁️
And if Taker was dressed in his original outfit with the purple hat & gloves
The fact that Mark is only 2 years into retirement and he’s still making regular appearances in the ring.
I haven’t screamed like that watching wrestling in a long time
Triple H is A General…..
Undertaker had the best entrance at Wrestlmania. Best exit too
I was waiting to see their response after drinking the happy dad 😂😂
Undertaker knows damn well the modern wrestlers have been softened up by society 😂 But he’s tryna be nice
Where was the talk about the chokeslam? it was nothing but how great Triple H is............such clickbait
Watch the full video that’s on the CZcams channel
He talked about the process to making it happen, not the chokeslam moment itself.
While it wasn't spoken in the manner you expected, that doesn't inherently make it clickbait.
@@Hawkenwhackerthat’s exactly what it makes it
So i agree with what taker said, but 1 name does come to mind. DDP. He was given a shit stalker gimmick and took a pin from ex wife. After he never got a fair shot at anything. DDP also stated he was unhappy with hos treatment and asked for his release
I'd like to hear his opinion on Sting's WWE run.
I love this new triple h attitude Era. Bring back good times from the past . But with the new talent. This has me watching every show even nxt that I never watched . I love the stories that has been done
Taker showed rock he’s the true final boss. He was teddy longs final boss. One on one with the undertaker would always get me .
I remember all the WCW stars gettin buried during the invasion angle.
No they didn't
What wcw stars? Lets be real here, the wcw/ecw side was mostly wwe stars defecting to them. Booker T and RVD were the only true stars for them. The wheels fell off wcw years prior and a good few of them sat out their wcw contracts so wernt involved in it. That said, hardly any of them did much of anything. Who knows if its true but there are stories of DDP upsetting people backstage and is what lead to his truly awful stalker gimmick. DDP was over with the wcw fans big time and I think he could have been in wwe but it didnt happen. Not saying champion but main event level.
I grew up watching Hunter, hes one of the best top 100 entertainers of all time in modern era since TV, he's a big name here in my country of India.
The two Pauls gave us, the fans, our WrestleMania moment.
Everybody loves Taker and it was great to see him but glass shattering would have made that place explode
I’m a grown ass man and my misses looked at me like a crazy child when I heard those bells 😂ringing
I heard a lot of "You know" from The Undertaker. It's hilarious
Can the host shut up for once, if you watch the full podcast and past ones, he literally doesn’t let Taker talk
I agree he’s too much of a fan boy & makes it about himself
m so mad at taker right now, surely he could find a better host who lets him speak, this is the worst debacle since he said yes to ending the streak surely he could have said no
@@trulyfandamtastic9295that’s not gonna happen and it’s not Mark’s fault so why are you mad at Mark they created the podcast together
