    Well if lm using all these supplements youve mentioned and include most of the foods youve mentioned...Why is my arthritis getting worse? Been doing all of these ideas for over 20 yrs. Osteo has no cure....

    Used 4 of 5 of these supplements (all but MSM) for some time and have not seen any significant difference thus far. Even went so far as try a stem cell infusion in the joint (shoulder). The cartilage continues to disappear by arthritis.

      Soak One ounce of cannabis leaf in one quart of olive oil for a week. Add leaf to diet and apply oil to pain area. A seven day regimen usually brings permanent results, with minimal use a week.

    I take a daily supplement containing turmeric, ginger and bromelain and always make sure to combine it with black pepper. No bone broth for me, I'm vegetarian ! Thank you for the info, I will look for the other supplements.The only problem is I can't swallow capsules.

    I try cannabis oil..nothing happened ..and v3 v2 E b12 magnesium calcium And D ..pain in my back started 3 years ago ..I had scan, injections MORI .I will be 82 this years …is there something that is going to cure me out there I have yet to find it,,,,open to any and almost all suggestion ….

      Try cumin oil, it's a game changer!! Massage gently on your back, take it orally as well, and add a Good quality Oysters shells powder supplement.
