Ninong, after 3 mins pwede i-pause ang breadmaker para i-gather together yung ingredients particularly yung naiiwan sa sides para mas mag-mix nang maayos. Then yung sa butas sa ilalim, pwede ulit i-pause after the last proofing para tanggalin yung paddle and ma-smooth yung bottom. 😊

You can "pause" during mixing / kneading then scrape yung remaining ingredients sa gilid para walang maiwan na hilaw na flour during baking. I'm using Lakeland compact bread maker and almost same tayo ng settings with Baumann. Instead of using tablespoon/teaspoon and cups, I bake by weight. Minsan kasi kaya masyadong dense kasi sobra sa timbang yung flour and/or kulang sa yeast. Kaya mas okay padin magbake thru weighing the ingredients. :)

Ninong Ry, after putting all the ingredients in the tub, pwede mo i-mix just a bit, para lang mag-combine yung dry and wet ingredients. That will help the whole loaf to be more fluffy at the end. P.S. it’s always nicer to consume your bread right after cooking! Just spread some butter on it, superb!!!

All you need to do is put all the ingredients together and adjust the timer the night before to have freshly baked bread the following morning. Also, there are other breadmaker models that allow you to remove the blades, so you'll not end up with a loaf of bread with holes at the bottom.

I make pandesal in my bread maker… ( during the height of pandemic when we were quarantined at home). I’m aging and aching and cannot do heavy and prolonged kneading. Use Dough setting to mix, knead, rise and rest (about 3 hrs)…. Then take the dough out… shape, roll in bread crumbs (or put fillings… ube, cheese, adobo, asado…. Etc… I used tuna during Holy Week). Rest again then bake! Voila! I love my bread maker… I have 3… hahaha! From most expensive to a cleap one but they function all the same. ❤❤❤

Been using bread machine for over 10 years now here in the US, I'm using it to make pandesal every other day kasi yun breakfast namin, so convenient and helpful for making pandesal kasi I'll just tossed in all the ingredients then it will mix and knead all the ingredients, and will rise the dough too all I need to do is to shape , form the perfect dough and let is rise again for 30 mins to an hour ( depends on the temperature inside the house like if it's summer or winter) and then bake in the oven and we always get a very soft, fresh and delicious pandesal bread 🥰
Ninong Ry, i-try mo haluin mabuti ung mixtures kahit me kneading na rin sa loob ng makina. I think that will lessen the yeassy smell at maiwasan din din ung nagbubuo-buo ng harina.. parang just help the machine to mix the mixture well before closing that lead and cook it. Yung paddle naman, you can remove it after the last kneading / before the last rising period. Kasi after the last rise, baking na ang kasunod nun. For me, I remove the paddle pag naglalagay ako ng filling inside the bread. Hinahango ko yung bread right after the last knead, spread the filling, roll the bread and seal the edges through folding it paloob. Remove the paddle then ibabalik sa breadmaker yung dough with filling for the last rise and baking process.Ayun. Hirap iexplain. Hahahaha. I also suggest na righ after baking, ireremove na sya agad sa pan to avoid yung moist chorva sa bread. :)
