@@harshitverma685 Man your question isn't correct because there can be many such circles with different that can fit between 2 circles of radius 10 cm & 2cm (centre-centre distance 18 cm).
This case is not unique so r have literally many different values.

This is nothing, this is Just application of rene Descartes 4 kissing circle 🔴 theorem.

Where k is curvature of circle ⭕ and given by reciprocal of radius.

Now for a straight line radius is approaching to infinity ♾️.
