Yes Shane nothing is ever perfect, but there is a place we can keep those gifts. What I have learned is that those loves were never meant to stay. They did not fill our needs , nor we theirs. What I have learned from several life coaches, is that we have to know ourselves and our needs to find that person we can admire, have chemistry with, commitment to and compatibility. We will not fit perfectly, but have the emotional intelligence to understand we can build together, and continue to grow. For me these lessons have been a long time coming. I am living and loving my life. As I have said previously , I very much appreciate the story of your songs. I relate to your comment about having to do that in literature classes. In a first year University class mine was “The Yellow Wallpaper”, I got the depression angle but not the postpartum piece. I had never read anything quite as strange as that story, but a valuable lesson. Your creative writing is the magic you put with your music. You are a dreamer, don’t stop dreaming, it serves you well. I think I got off on a tangent, I was going to say sorry , but I believe in showing appreciation for the work .
