Thanks for the comment. At this point I have completely submerged my Fusion SE hundreds of times, and put it through ice water, dirty water, brown water, mud, and grime. So far so good -- it's showing no sign of quitting. Very happy with it. Cheers.

Update on the Fusion SE. It's going in the garbage. No choice. The bearings are shot and there's no way to fix the thing. I will be sticking with the 1080 and Holmes motor from now on. One year is insufficient longevity. Cheers.
