Crosshair has a way to go before he'll be trusted again by Hunter and Wrecker, given how his "loyalty" to the Empire only burned bridges and himself in more ways than one.
Plus, given what those immoral and unethical scientists and interrogators did to him to dull his edge, skills, and confidence, he'll also need to find inner peace to get his edge back.
