Your informations are absolutly right and I ❤Pakistan too. I'm from Austria and married with a Pakistani, I got with him best family ever. Before we got married I was already in Pakistan and I can only tell people, go there and visit it. Pakistan has awesome places like Murree, Kashmir, Mirpur, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and much more. For me is Pakistan unique where ladies get respect. My experience with Pakistan, their culture and Pakistani peoples are absolutly awesome, never had any problems, even when I did sometimes not wear headscarf in publicity. Sad is that media making Pakistan negative because Pakistan is a beautiful and lovely country.

Well come to Pakistan !!! I am a Pakistani ...but the Indian Govt ...doesn't issue me visa too. cos of the tension on border for the last ...so many years ...I have been to about 30 countries on earth ..But the love & eagerness to visit your great country is still there in my soul ...as a Pakistani citizen ...we the people of Pakistan have a great affection to your country ...As our Muslim heritage /history is there ...along with all the holy shrines of those saints/mess-angers of Islam ...who delivered the message of Love & peace to the Indian subcontinent long ago ....We have deep love & affection for the Indians as well ...who are mostly peaceful & love to resolve the all relevant issues among us on priority ...to forward ...instead of wars /destruction to the people of both side ... Take care ...& Please deliver our message of love to all there irrespective ...Hoping that soon the All issues would be resolved in the command of this great hero & Prime minister of Pakistan Imran khan ...InshaAllah ..Bye

I don't really get all the salt by the Indian people. I am Indian. And it's great if people like our neighbours. Also people on both sides. Use less salt. I am Indian and I would like to go there one day. Frankly most of the Pakistani people I have come across in foreign countries are genuinely nice people. They are helpful and also great. There will be bad people on both sides but for that minority we cannot disregard the majority of the populous.
Cheers and love from India for spreading a positive vibe about my neighbours.

I've been here 3 three years now, love the country, I've roamed around most of the big cities and the mountain areas. Great video, few additions; the clothing depends on where you are in Pakistan. If you are in Islamabad, the capital, you'll see Pakistani girls wearing western clothing, T-shirts like yours and jeans, and even more modern clothing than this, specially in Centaurus which a Mall, and they won't get stares because people are used to it. But if you wear western clothing in remote areas where people are not used to seeing this kind of dressing then you will get stares, you can interpret those stares in any way. Anyways, best is to make local friends and they'll show you around the best places to eat coz the local cuisine is just awesome, I mean there are so many dishes to sample from all those different cultures in Pakistan, its simply divine, I love the food here.

About the dress code, I think Pakistan has the most freedom in that department, u can see men and even women in all sorts of different dresses, from jeans and T-shirt to headscarf and full abaya, but yea about the strange looks that's true but even if a woman wearing a headscarf goes to a beach in EU or the US, I m pretty certain she will get strange looks, and the reason behind that is the rarity of it, other than that good to see u enjoying yourself in Pakistan

I love this video. I couple of additional points and clarifications:
Guys: It gets really hot in Pakistan in summer times. While it may be okay to take your shirt off in the west, don't take your shirt off in Pakistan and don't wear very short shorts. :)
Girls: I agree with some of the clothing guidelines but it also depends on where you are in Pakistan. Most tourist women are fine with wearing a loose Tshirt, jeans, and a scarf around their neck. In more westernized areas of Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, you can wear sleeveless shirts, capris or even below knee skirts - like I said, depends on where you are.
A lot of the strict rules in Pakistan are not only for the tourist's safety but also for the locals. This may come to you as a surprise but some tourists come to Pakistan and think they can get away with anything, and I mean literally anything. Women and children have been raped and even killed.
Urdu is not a difficult language to learn, learn a few words and people will love you.
Stay in well known hotels only and do not eat street food if you are not from Pakistan.
Don't flash your money and dont dress too fancy if you are visiting remote areas.

I was with my fiance having ice cream in Peshawar and this woman heard my American accent and came up and introduced herself with her little boy and then invited us to dinner. I mean the kindness of the Pakistani people is something to experience. This place is beautiful, I really had a wonderful time . I was married in Pakistan and will consider it my second home.
