Great job, just got home from Costco and they had both, the compact and full size. I didn't know exactly which to pic so I came home and found you. I'm going with the compact one. Also, they were selling both sizes for exactly the same price $49.99. Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays to you 🙂

I am newly subscribed. I recently had sudden onset of knee pain that is severe and a lot of swelling. X-rays showed arthritis i had an injection of cortisone, helped swelling but not pain. I came across a video on knee pain, now I am watching all I can and plan to binge watch this weekend. TY for your videos!

You may have inflammation that is caused by your diet. That was my problem.... terrible pain in my toes/feet/ankles/knees and losing my sense of touch from the inflammation in my elbows/wrists/fingers! After a cautious diet change, all my symptoms disappeared within 30 days! And I will never go back! If I "cheat", I will feel joint pain within 6-12 hours of eating something I should not eat!

Can I use that on my neck with severe osteophyte formation, central and foraminal stenosos with nerve impingement and herniated disc flattening spinal cord? The muscles get so hard sometimes at C6/7, and often have a golf ball knot at C5, so wondered if I can safely use this? Many thanks.

That's the exact one I bought... I love it but I don't have much experience with any other device. Hope it does well.
P.S. The USB ends have specific names, the larger end which you called "old" is a USB type A, the smaller end "the new one" is a USB type C, the modern phone standard. Hope that is helpful. I appreciate your content.

@@mikewang9885 yes the 4 LEDs on the side will light up in relation to it's charge. I could be wrong but I think each LED represents 25% of it's charge and when say 2 are solid and one is flashing that means it's charging in that range. in this example it would be charged up to between 50-75%.

Hey J.K.N! The size of the massage tool usually does not matter much. What is more important is how well the battery lasts and what type of attachments it comes with.
