I had a valve that wasn't shutting off. The motor kept running. I tested the switch and it seemed to work, but the stop had moved. I wasn't sure if they were adjustable. This fixed the motor-run issue.

Thanks for the video. I have the same actuators, but the opposite problem. The pool builder set the return valve to have partial flow to the spa when in pool mode. This causes constant acid loss and weekly acid feedings to lower the always rising ph (from the aeration of the water). I need to undo that change. It looks like I just do the opposite rotation that you did. One more question: what is the significance of the two black posts? In your video, the valve is set for L90 R90, but mine is set at the 180 holes. I am wondering if I need to move those black pegs.
