I just visited this lounge on a recent Monday. Arriving at 9 am there were many seats available and it felt very relaxing. By the time we left 90 minutes later, almost every seat was taken with people circling with their luggage looking for a spot to sit. I went upstairs to check out the next floor and it was similarly packed to capacity.
You mean the one time pass holders can’t get in?? What was the point of buying the United credit card then I would be pissed
They want to phase out one day buy passes last i heard, the CC pass is still fine. I got the infinite CC and never had an issue
Are United credit card holders one time pass holders? That would be annoying if they prevent these guests from getting in cause it’s supposed to be one of the perks. Guess there’s always the option of canceling and getting the other card that gives one access to the Centurion lounge.
No restrooms in such a large lounge seems weird
