hey Dallas not sure if you're aware but GoPro themselves have a way of finding the people who lost it, you may want to reach out and explain that you're a youtuber and see if they will contact the owners and ask them if they can connect you two possibly?
Fingers crossed the owner of the GoPro is found soon. Those guys seemed like they were having an absolute ball. They'll be absolutely elated when they see that their treasured footage is recovered

I'm not sure if this has been suggested but a place like that might have people sign injury waivers. You have dates and times in the go pro. Maybe that might help you track down the owner?

lol a tips, why not leave a text file with you contact info in your camera sd card i mean it takes a couple kb so wont really hurt and can save you money

25 pairs of sunglasses, 6 weeks, Dallas that guy you got the phone back to was so glad to get it back. Would like to see you get the Go-pro back to the owner hopefully you can do it. Give us an update video if you do.
where I live in Ontario Canada our eye doctors collect old prescription eye glasses to donate to people who need them. Some of the doctors are a part of Doctors without Borders and take the glasses with them for the poor areas of other countries.
