Would you prefer a villa or a condo as your home in Thailand?
A villa would be a dream, but for the safety of travelling around once in a while a condo makes more sense.
I would take the Pool Villa for sure. No long drive out of town to get to it. That was a huge bonus.
Probably a condo as it's easier to maintain and more suitable for a single occupant.
Do they rent those Villas?
There are many villas for rent in Hua Hin but not this one.

Very nice and well represented. The surroundings and convenience are important. The house is lovely - the question however is when houses will be built on the neighbour lots, which will change completely the ambiance inside and outside. Anyway, I am looking for such a house for rent. Thank you, great report, always enriching!

Thanks for the feedback and thanks for watching. There are opennlots on both sides of the villa that are available. You could build your own, build another or keep them vacant for privacy. I don't know who built the home but the design and decor was from Pui, who owns the home and remodels others. Email me for more info.

This one is pretty nice, bathrooms are really well done, slightly over the average Thai finishing 🙂The wall paper on great room could be a bit more neutral 555, but overall nice find!

Probably around 50k per month.
I guess 30k. For 50k, you should get a bigger lot with more privacy. Either ways indeed I wouldn’t recommend to “buy” land in Thailand, but that’s another story. If you want rental revenue, safer to focus on foreign freehold condos. Just my opinion.
