CAN I BEAT TEAM INEOS?!

Is it possible for me to ride faster than Geraint Thomas, Cameron Wurf and Dylan van Baarle?
These guys including a few more Team Ineos riders did one loop around Mallorca in 8 hours and 37 minutes with an average speed of 36 km/h on a training camp in 2019!
I did almost the same loop and it ended up being 320 kilometres and 4400 meters of climbing (almost the Mallorca 312 route)! It was a long session - but also a very beautiful one!
It’s impressive to see how fast these world tour guys can ride their bike!

How much does it cost to measure lactate for a typical session?

It’s around €3 per test and I usually do 2-4 tests during a session;)
