I've stayed at Mina and the Waldorf Astoria, I would say that Raffles is missing from the list. Incredible rooms and best service.

The name of the Gulf depends on which surrounding country you are referencing. In this case, the UAE (United ARAB Emirates) has called the body of water the 'Arabian Gulf' since the 1960s. You can read more on the naming dispute here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persian_Gulf#Naming_dispute
