    This is so great! Lack of reporting from agencies has definitely been a frustration I've experienced in the past. It's so helpful to have monthly snapshots like these to support additional internal conversations on the brand side. I can't count how many time I've been randomly asked "What's working right now?" from leadership or other cross functional teams. To have a report like this to respond with is gold. It's also really helpful to have as a reference in future months when you try to remember why a particular month did particularly well or not so well. Thanks so much for sharing!

    When I first started working at my agency, my decks would take me about 2-3 hours to make because I was going in deep. Now as I have been there longer, I have 12+ clients on recurring bi-weekly calls, and now it only takes me 30 minutes to an hour to pump out a deck, but with much less info.

    Great video and love your template. When you brainstorm ideas, do you score them at all before they go onto your creative roadmap? That is, some ideas might not be measurable or be deemed low impact or be too hard to implement. If so, how do you score ideas?

      I would go with Triple Whale, then! Or if you are only on Facebook, I don’t think you need anything . Only use the attribution platforms if you have multiple traffic drivers and you don’t know where your sales are coming from!

    Why not use Google Data Studio with interactive reports using a third party.
    I think you can add all metrics you want

      We use something like this! But dashboards don't really make up for the "story" that you have to tell clients.
