ooh i tried those exact pancakes from belle epoque a couple years ago! i remember the cream being milktea flavored as well though i wouldn’t know how to infuse that tea flavor and still retain that creamy white color 🤔 it’s super exciting to see your veganized take on it though, especially since i’ve been making efforts to be more plant-based now 🌱 tea-flavored pancakes sounds sooo bomb 🤤 i was so surprised to see those boba pancakes in the thumbnail hehe, really makes me miss taiwan... they have soo many vegan eateries nowadays!

Veggiekins i used to live in taiwan too! every time we go back now i love scoping out all the plant-based eats, but a while ago i went around looking for boba desserts that weren’t in drink form... there were boba cronuts, boba waffles, boba ice cream, boba candy bars, etc. haha no shortage of boba in taiwan for sure 😝

You’re sooooo pretty! The pancakes look marvelous if you ask me-I want to try replicating healthier and vegan pandan waffles! Even though I have a vegan pandan waffle place in my area, I have to drive an hour there and it’s not super healthy LOL 😂 omg and I also put the ugliest pancake on the bottom of the stack!!

Hi!! CZcams ads are selected based on the viewer's interests/browsing history (creepy internet stuff lol!!) and sometimes it's randomized just to try and see what sticks. It's different for everyone, but MAN it's always awkward when that happens, it has happened to me once a while ago too!
Do you use warm water when you prep your flax egg?? I never know, but I’ve started using warm water cuz I like to think if helps it set faster lol. Annnnd what kind of blender do you use??
