It is highly unlikely live action Mr Bean will see another TV Series & I think I can understand why.
The character Mr Bean is autistic, & a modern viewer will see an autistic man get laughed at. In the classic Mr Bean series you can clearly see by Rowan's portrayal, the autistic behavior. However, I do believe that Rowan didn't mean any ill intent towards autistic people.
