Nigel, there is another video created recently by Seven Soulmates - "Jimin Defying Gravity/ Athleticism, Flexibility, Core Strength" . It has more clips not shown here, and the different angles of the acrobatics you've seen in this video. Very well done, I would recommend to watch and react whenever you want to simp over Jimin, lol:-)
Jimin was probably born more flexible, but he has been working really hard at increasing and maintaining that natural flexibility. His previous training in the different kinds of martial arts and contemporary dance has required it. Also, he is using the proper technique, for example in the forward bend Jimin is actually hinging at his hips, not bending the lower back, while Suga, J-Hope and RM were visibly forcing the bend at the lower back. Even with the proper technique lack of flexibility would not allow bending the body in half from the start, but regular stretching, with the knees slightly flexed (bent) would help. Women are by nature more flexible, but Jimin is a perfect sample of the very flexible man, making everyone envious;-)
People are exposing themselves as solo Stans. My biases are Yoongi and Jimin, but at the end of the day, I fall asleep being OT7. Because I support every last one of them. Each and every last one of those men make me smile and brighten up my day. So you do not have to explain yourself Nigel.

With more and more of his reactions. You see how much he notices the other members even when the main focus is Jimin. He’ll be like “oh wait V looking nice in that outfit. How does he even pull off something like that?” Meanwhile it’s a fancam of Jimin. Some people need to just calm themselves and allow others to feel and like what they like. 24:35 well he’s been dancing since middle school and he’s 26 now so he’s been doing this for quite a while 😭 everyone is different but he’s been ‘stretching’, like you said, for over 10 years so his flexibility is crazy
BTS can date. Their CEO wanted real boys and real artists. He wasn't over here dressing them up like dolls and locking them up in a doll house. They just keep their lives very private. Now there are companies out there that don't allow dating for a certain amount of years they are under contract, but from what I know BigHit aka Hybe was never one of them. Sure there was rules in place, they are public figures after all, but they are still allowed to live their lives. Considering the horror stories I've heard about certain other labels, it wasn't no joke for a lot of these idols. The gym is needed. They have to keep up with their stamina for obvious reasons. Singing and dancing at the same time doesn't happen over night. That was training. However, now they work out more for their enjoyment. Anyway, don't be shocked if one of these days, one of the guys come forward with a pregnant wife, because that's what's been happening with other idols lately. They just keep their family's under lock and key.

18:06 they don't have a dating ban (i don't think they have before?) but a lot of idols do. And BTS members go to the gym regularly, I want to say all 7 of them enjoy working out and do so often (their company building has huge gym), their contract nowadays is probably the most free, they can pretty much do what they want.
Loved the reaction as always. so at the beginning when you talked about your two biases and why some weren't happy about switching. To give you an idea Jimin is always on the receiving end of vicious and vile comments from haters who go after him because of his sweet nature. Naturally ARMY are very protective of him. He even had death threats. So when someone who is a firm Jimin bias switches from him to one of the other members, which is fine by me it just gives the haters more ammunition to target Jimin again. I do feel very protective of him and cant help that.He is just a kind and loving person who does not deserve the hate he gets. I do love all 7 but love Jimin just that little bit more because of those threats. I Hope this makes you see why some army are a little upset you switched.Much love 💜

You seriously need to react to his martial arts background. Jimin is a blackbelt in Taekwondo. Trained 8 years in Japanese sword fighting (Kendo) too.
I’m an OT7 like no joke I love all of them and love everything about all of them but My ultimate bias is Jimin like I could watch him just sitting down for hours and I would happy but I know RM and JK are my biases too and it’s fine cuz hey they’re talented, kind and hot af so 🤷🏽♀️

When I first found out about BTS I fell in love with their music and was just impressed on how talented they all were but I mostly really focused on Jimin cuz he kept grabbing my attention but as I watched Run BTS and just saw how kind they all were I just found myself being drawn to all of them and just fell in love with who they were as a person and love their bond. Now I make it a point to watch performances multiple times to watch each of the members 😅😂 OT7 💜💜💜

There's nothing wrong with having two biases, I have three(Jin, Jimin and Jungkook) but you HAVE to be OT7 and it's not an option it's one of the rules of our fandom.

Also the kick back wasn't shown properly, too dark clip, when there are way better ones, that's also shown in this better, more up to date recent compilation. so you can't see That kick up thats shown much better in this vid, is a requirement to receive a the blackbelt in Taekwondo which JIMIN has!!

You should look up Jimin and martial arts. Thank you for the videos and I'm not sure what kind of comments you're getting about having a bias or two, but Jimin is my Bias and when you said JHope was your new bias, it kind of felt you were abandoning Jimin to pick JHope. (Which it's also your prerogative), JHope is amazing (they all are)but it hurt a little (maybe that's how the rest felt as well). I think maybe saying they're both your bias would've had less impact, than making it sound like one is no longer your bias cause you're choosing someone else😔. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.😊 My humble opinion.
The comments were about him calling jimin his "visual" bias, which reduces him to a pretty face. If he reacts to jimin's artistry and talents too, like hes doing here, then no one will have an issue with him having multiple biases.

A lot of flexibility comes from training. I was a dancer and acrobat for 15 years and things like splits and bending over to wrap your arms around your calves are very basic warm-up stretches. Some flexibility is inherited though. I have hyper mobile joints due to lax tendons and ligaments (to the point that I can dislocate my shoulders on command and slide them back in place painlessly), so I’ve always been naturally flexible; but sometimes that can be an issue in itself. Having hyper mobility when you’re a dancer, gymnast, performer, etc. often means that you need even more muscle control over your body to maintain stability, avoid injuries, and make everything look clean and fluid. When practicing acrobatic tricks, I often had issues with things like back handsprings because my spine was too flexible. I would end up undercutting so badly that my hands would land almost directly where my feet started, which is dangerous. It took a lot of practice to learn how to control my back enough to do that trick safely. The flexibility was useful for contortion though; I got folded up into boxes a lot 🤣

as for the flexibility thing i don’t really know but i know stretching is a huge part!! especially if you start from a young age, where most little kids can do the splits, but as they get older, they can’t. i know it also has to do with genetics, but i think most of it is stretching. don’t take my word on it tho idk much abt the human anatomy 😭 i’m flexible and i’ve always wondered why, i used to stretch everyday a couple years ago, but now i rarely ever do it. but i’m still really flexible. it’s weird

About flexibility… well I’m not an expert, but I can tell you that: Stretching is a huge part. (I saw a video using cats as example. They stretch all the time). I’m FAT. Like, really, I need to loose more than 20kgs. I’m not crazy talented or anything, never in my life I was fit, I don’t even want to try crazy and cool tricks, BUT I still am pretty flexible!!! When I do less stretching I’m not able to do as easily some things, but then it’s just go back to stretching properly again, little by little, and I’m flexible again. Of course it depends on how long and how often and what type of stretches you do, but anyone can reach a good flexibility in 1 or 2 months if they focus on it. The thing is, just as your body can get used to it it can also get unused, I suppose just like the gym, but the good results will show faster.
Jimin and J Hope are my bias, Suga is my bias wrecker, but I am impressed and deeply respect all the others as well. I don’t care what the other say 🤷🏻♀️😂 I learned what bias and bias wrecker means and that’s it, the numbers or some sort of rule doesn’t matter to me
dating for bts was never banned, the company never said anything about it and bts always kept their private lives away from the public. they even said that in an interview in 2016- them never being told not to date- but they mentioned that the nature of their work made it difficult for them to date but that’s all. and true they had a strict schedule in the training period before they debuted but that’s just about dance practice and singing and rapping sessions and stuff like that. however they have never mentioned that they /have/ to work out or something. they do it because they want to and when they want to. their company is not a crazy one with strict rules here and there about anything and everything. they do actually decide side to side with their company on EVERYTHING. they were never forced to do -or not do, in that sense- something.

Stretching makes your tendons more elastic. It’s like with muscles, you work them out and they grow bigger, with stretching you work the tendons and train them to be loose and elastic. Also all babies are naturally flexible, it’s just that as we get older most of us don’t stretch to keep that elasticity. Jimin was trained in modern contemporary dance so flexibility was a must.
