My Story:
I was at a party/night out outside and there was about 100 people, DJ blasting music, people laughing, dancing, talking, cheering while Christmas lights dangled across the trees. I was just sitting by myself and just like in this song, I felt so isolated alone. I wanted to be with someone that night, but it didn't work out between us.
Then someone approached me asking me if I was okay and that's when I snapped back to reality. Long story short, her friend gave me a ride back home. I never knew parties/night outs could make you feel so alone.
