    The process is stuck on loop, very frustrating. Once it says linked. I try to sign in and the process begins afresh

      Hi Kenny I m sorry to hear that,,,,,,please note when your application keeps looping you may need to clear cache or re-install it or use a different device.
      If all this methods don't work you will need to visit multi choice for it might be an account problem.

      You have to get it via thier WhatsApp channel why not use the ID or the Smart card number ?

      Hi Patrick I hope your issue has been resolved... But in that case you will have to contact dstv customer support they will further assist you with that issue. Note that there are people stealing customers information and using them to register fake accounts. I m sorry for the inconvenience caused.

      Go to My Products on the website and select the package you would like to manage. Look for the Disconnect icon and schedule your disconnection. You can also do this on the MyDStv App and via WhatsApp....

      I have seen that problem before... It's usually caused by missed payment or the app needs resetting.

      First you need to connect to the wifi then once you are connected to the vuma wifi follow my steps if you not connected this process doesn't work...
