I'm considering into buying this bike. The one thing that's still mostly holding me back is the more aero position compared to my current road bike. What I don't understand with this model is that the photo's on canyon's website (if you click the link below this video) does not show any space to raise the stem with extension rings. But in this video it seems there are 2 extension rings on top of it allowing you to move it higher. So I guess that means the pictures on Canyon's website are not correct and it is actually possible to raise the stem? Which size is the model in the video?

Yes, on the Canyon website, the bikes are on their most aero (clean) appearance.
