Farmers in Barangay Capitangan in the Municipality of Abucay, Province of Bataan face hardships as they await the distribution of farmlands under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program.
This is, amidst the threats posed by a Korean based Corporation seeking to convert large tracts of agricultural land into a Golf Course/Retirement Complex.
