Ryan visiting this guy's place is the equivalent of Salvador Dalí visiting Pablo Picasso in 1926 and spending extensive time reviewing his artwork. This collection is absolutely insane! Shame he sold his Cloud City set, but I don't blame him considering the crazy amounts people are willing to pay to own that set! All the cool people you get to meet when you do these conventions all because of a shared love and passion for Lego shows just how wonderful the Lego community is. Others may view Lego as just toys for kids, but it's more than just that. It's for everyone, it's for all ages, it unlocks our imagination and reminds why having creativity and thinking outside of the box is so important. As long as you put your mind to it, anything is possible.
The editing in the intro is chef's kiss. And that Ole Kirk Christiansen poster is a good buy! Pretty crazy how Lego became what it is today because of a fire in 1942 that burned down his wooden toy inventory and decided wood was too prone to fire and jumped to plastic when traditional stuff used to produce goods weren't available. Also, London Bridge isn't a set, so I'm assuming he meant Tower Bridge. London Bridge and Tower Bridge are two different bridges.

Amazing collection. I wasn’t sure what I thought about this guy until he said the best set was the OG gunship. Hands down my favorite set given my love of the movies and Lego. so much nostalgia opening this for Christmas many years ago.

Had a great time again this year at BrickFair and with helping out with the record! The counting however was not fun lmao. And in my defense it wasn’t a year of spending on clones, closer to 18 to 20 months 😅
