I was bummed to miss our on the Cloud City. I spoke to Ryan about it at OBC two weeks ago. Fortunately, I found a great copy at Bricks & Minifigs in Pasadena, CA last week for several thousand less than I was prepared to bid on this version!

To the people that are giving Ryan some crap about this people got to realize that a lot goes in the shipping and handling it’s not entirely the sellers fault and how they do packaging people have to realize that packages get destroyed in the mail all the time I’ve had the same problem with LEGO sellers and LEGO in general and through multiple websites, including whatnot,eBay and Facebook marketplace even if you ask the seller to rap it better or somewhat wrap it. People also have to realize it’s usually the fault of the postal service I used to work for FedEx for about a couple years in the industry and when I was working there, they just threw packages. They do not care how boxes and packages end up. When I was There I was gentle with all the packages I treated and I treated with care and respect which you’re supposed to but people just don’t care and that’s the sad truth so the people that are giving Ryan. Crap over this you really shouldn’t be complaining to him you should be complaining to your Postal Service/post office because they’re the ones that are throwing your package and damaging it regardless of what you know how it was packaged there that’s one part of it. The other part is how it gets to your residence people just need to realize unfortunately when you order online there’s a high percentage, even if it’s wrapped nicely it’ll get destroyed you know as a collector of my own for the last decade plus I’ve had problems with that too, but I’ve never yelled at a seller entirely. I’ve usually yelled at my Postal Service, so the people who are giving him really crap need to rethink really who’s at fault and that being the people who handle your package. Also to the people spending 1000+ dollars on LEGO Star Wars sets, older retired and getting destroyed, I’m glad you guys are getting your refunds and you know you’re bummed but you really shouldn’t be taking it out on Ryan man did a three day Whatnot stream with over hundreds of sets and he had a lot of work and a lot of helpers helping him out obviously somethings are not gonna be up to standard and people need to give Ryan some slack. He’s a great contact creator and Does his hardest. He shouldn’t be holding him to high standards with shipping and handling. Sometimes people are so expecting oh yeah if I spend such and such this package better be shipped down in a crate sometimes that’s not how it works. You know if you get standardized shipping you get a box and you get it wrapped and gets to your house when it leaves his facility to go to your house or your residence it’s out of his hands that is automatically in the Postal Service so the real point of getting it is it’s not entirely the sellers fault Ryan in this case is not at fault entirely for how the packages got to your house. It’s also the fact that the Postal Service man handled your boxes and just destroyed them so before pointing fingers, keep in mind there’s a lot that goes into how things arrive on your doorstep. I don’t mean to be a negative, but I’ve seen a lot of hatred for how he packaged stuff and how they got there and I saw a bunch of refunds in the comments here and heart breaks me every time I see people yelling at sellers when it’s not entirely their fault when it’s actually their postal service fault and you know for a fact, that is cause they’re throwing your boxes around with no care in the world. But the fact is Ryan is a great seller and guy and people just need to realize he had a lot of work ahead of him and he did his best, but it wasn’t entirely his fault. The Postal Service just treat boxes for crap and that’s pretty much that I’m not gonna say anymore come on people were better than this.The Lego community is a great community and I know there’s frustrations, but it’s not entirely the sellers fault every time, a fight should be with somebody with the Postal Service to do better with package shipping with certain goods or all goods and the sellers Postal Service is more your enemy than the actual seller just wanna get that off my chest Ryan if you see this comment much love From Wisconsin and much respect and I’m sorry that you’re getting so much crap. It’s not entirely your fault. It’s the Postal Service and how they treat packages and people need to realize that that’s all I have to say thank you.

Those CZcamsr inflation prices on whatnot were ridiculous and quoting prices well over what they really go for is nuts. Ppl believe whatever they hear from influencers without doing their own research on the products. Not sure whatnot should have done an extension with you when you barely go live like maybe once a month or barely mention them in videos kinda seems like a waste

Personally I think.all the very expensive sets should have been wrapped in but bubble wrap out inside a much larger & stonger box with additional packaging . When I send out any collectables at any price I make sure they are properly packaged . That's how expect to receive anything I but & I disagreements it Also when I buy i also request how it's packed before paying . If received damaged I expect a refund or a good discount if I decide to keep it.
