A simple search will reveal...."Beryllium (Be) is the only alkaline earth metal that does not react with water. This is due to its small size and high ionization energy in relation to the other elements in the group." He says things with certainty that have absolutely no relation to reality. And no, he's not mf-ing Galileo, and he was not taken out of context. If you do listen to the whole podcast he gets even more fantastical and deranged. Nah, he's just an average intelligent person with schizophrenia. He is not only insane, but he gets a lot of terminology completely wrong. I met an (almost) nobel laureate once who was pretty old and had become schizophrenic, or at least suffered from psychotic episodes. The guy developed an extremely detailed pseudo-scientific theory about wavelength of angels traveling several times the speed of light and other insane stuff, with intricate "scientific" drawings, complex calculations etc. And I know my way around pseud-oscientific theories, but this was completely new, he came up with this all on his own, no internet "research", no plagiarizing of theories of others. It was completely insane, but must have required an insane (pun intended) level of creativity. Terrance on the other hand has most of his theories from others, stuff he read in a book or on a blog. You will hear more creative stuff from your neighborhood homeless person.

Proportional Representation is the best system for the common voter at this time. FPTP has been bastardized and corrupted by factors such as campaign contributions (Citizens United v. FEC), and Dems and Repubs manipulate the politics of their respective parties to either forcefully push a candidate down the voters' throats while suppressing others, all of which undermine the choices of the voter-base such as the 2016 Dem Presidential Primary, where Hillary Clinton was being favored and actively supported by the Democrat Convention while suppressing the efforts of Bernie Sanders.
