    I need to do this. I'll watch your video a few more times to get familiar with the hand/finger motions & locations so it's engrained in my memory :) I eat/use several of the food/herb items you mentioned so I'm pleased with myself regarding that. Thanks for the great video

    Love this routine! 🙌 For a boost, I also use NutraHarmony's Lymphatic supplement-helps me stay on top of my game. Anyone else combining diet, massage, and supps? 💪🌿
