Westminster & Victoria BID International Women's Day 2020 - 3 March 2020 - featuring Dowshan Humzah

The theme for International Women’s Day 2020 is ‘Each for Equal’. It highlights the shared responsibility and the role we all play in creating a fairer, more equal and better society.
In other words: "Equality is not just a women’s issue but a business issue, a political issue, a societal issue. It is an issue for all of us - in order to improve fairness and QUALITY, ridding the status quo of privilege and mediocrity." says Dowshan Humzah. He and the panel considered what the next decade will mean for equality in the workplace.
