- Welcome to my exciting solo Motorcycle Journey from Sweden to Nepal!
In today's episode, I'm thrilled to bring you along on my journey to the captivating region of Cappadocia! This has been a dream destination of mine for as long as I can remember. Along the way, I made a pit stop at the breathtaking Tuz Lake, a serene salt lake that left me in awe. Despite the rush to get there, my main goal was to volunteer at a local horse ranch. Little did I know, this experience would unfold in the most unexpected way.

“Sweden2Nepal” A motorcycle journey I've dreamed of since 5 years back has finally started. I quit my job to pursue one of my biggest dreams, to travel alone across the world with a motorcycle and an open mind as a solo female.
“Sarek” My Motorcycle: Honda Transalp 650, year 2005.

Hello, as a Turk, I am always curious and follow travelers who share videos and share their experiences in my country. I'm sorry for the bad experience you had, I'm just saddened by the treatment you received for a light that didn't work. Unfortunately, rude people can appear in every geography. I am sure that if you ask for help from anyone in difficult situations, they will sincerely help you, especially in Turkey. Best regards.
yes, please ask for help immediately when that kind of thing happens! I am sure someone will help you and please do the pre-judgement before coming to this end! peace...
there you go.....enable foreigners who are drama queens so they can be a youtuber......you say as a turk you are curious bla bla.....how about as a turk you have some pride and stop enabling idiots.....especially if they are foreigner......
@@MooseBluewin As a Kurd, I can assure you it's better to stay well away from Turks.
I’m so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience in our country. We, Turks, are proud to be known hospitable but clearly that guy is not one of us. I hope the rest of your trip goes well in our country.
It’s ok. Universe had something else planned for me 😀 Thank you for your kindness and support 🙏
Remember the Italian woman who wanted to travel the world alone to prove how safe it is in 2008. Yeah, she was raped and killed in Turkey.
i will be in Izmir in June 2024. Im South African and visit my daughter and her Turkish husband. it will be my 3rd time in a row. What a beautiful country and your kindness. Your country is truly amazing.

Sad to hear Kristina, I can only imagine your anxiety and disappointment at having to leave a place you were so excited about staying and working at, thank god it didn't escalate into something else. Glad to see you're feeling safe and happy again.

That's one of my fears as a upcoming beginner workaway/worldpacker - that the host will be unstable and inexperienced with their emotions. I love your vlogs!
Indeed, I’ve never had any issues with workaway before. When I arrived it wasn’t as it said in the description,,due to a divorce and other things. Always do a face to face call before you go and get in touch with other volunteers in the review section 🙏☺️ I didn’t do that this time, my bad.
Thank you dear 🧡

Unfortunately, bad people will exist always and everywhere. The important thing is to stand strong like you in the face of such negative situations and continue on your way without losing your optimism and trust in people. Turkish people are kind and hospitable, never let a crazy person interfere with your good travel adventure. Always stay strong and optimistic.

So sorry to hear of your unfortunate events Kristina. I hope, in fact I'm sure you're already gotten over it. I do not own horses, but I do have a house in the village just outside Marmaris with a garden that needs looking after. If your travels ever pass by this area, I'd be happy if you give me a shout. Other than that I wish you the best of luck and let you know that you're doing what many people can only dream of doing. I'm also a biker and my 2nd bike was a transalp. The same as yours but black many years ago. Probably when you were about 5-10 years old. :) I've subscribed as it's the best I can do currently to help. Regards from Marmaris, Turkey.
Aww thank you so much for your kindness 🧡✨ I appreciate it a lot! Best wishes

Hi Dear, I hope you are doing well. I am a CZcams video SEO expert. I was analyzing your CZcams channel. I am really impressed by your videos, but your CZcams channel has some issues. You have made many videos, but your CZcams channel is not getting as many views and subscribers as expected. Because you have no complete SEO for any videos, no channel tags, and no video tags, if you SEO your videos, your subscribers and views will increase, and your channel will grow. Your video quality is very good, but the channel is not increasing due to not doing video SEO. By doing video SEO, the channel grows faster. I can help you if you want.@@krikkosadventure
So sorry to hear. Stay safe!
All good now :) I will 🙏

Awful experience and although we’re a million miles away I hope the support you have from us all is helpful…keep smiling and on to the next part of your adventure 👍🏻
It helps a LOT 🧡 will do 🏍️💨
I'm so sorry to hear about what you ve been through. Remember, wherever you go, no matter who you meet, always be wary of people you don't know well. I must also say that since you are a lovely female foreigner traveling alone, you should act smart around men in Turkiye . Never follow a guy who wants to show you around, especially out of town. There will definitely be people who will perceive your friendly approach, even your smile, differently. Please keep my warnings in a corner of your mind..have a safe travel in Türkiye
Thank you for your kind words ❤️
@@krikkosadventure As a Turkish Male, Unfortuanetely I agree with my friend, even me being careful about people here because You would'nt know how is this person and what it's background. I learned how to trust and and how to not here, İstanbul, Turkiye.
Hi Kristina! I'm traveling with my motorcycle like you. I'm not sure how you planned the rest of your route, but I completed the Iran-Pakistan-India-Nepal-Bangladesh-Myanmar-Thailand and Malaysia tour with my GS almost a year ago. I am very sorry for the unpleasant incident you experienced in my country. I hope one day I will find a chance to make up for this myself. If you need any answers/suggestions and/or contacts/addresses with your route, I'd be glad to assist. Maybe you'll pass through my country again on your way back, or maybe you'll visit it in later years. Please remember that you have a house in the capital city, Ankara and also in Izmir. Me and my girlfriend would love to host you and make you forget those unfortunate memories you had, and also listen to your exciting stories full of laughter of your entire trip! Have a nice journey! Hey Krikkos, I've just come across your video and am very sorry about your experience. @@krikkosadventureI'm so sorry for your experience. I believe you should consider yourself so lucky.
As a male, I've always wondered how crazy women are, when it comes to men and alcohol. Any combination is a time bomb.
The things I've witnessed over the years...
I'm not blaming you or anything, please, don't get me wrong. But I think no one should ever forget, human (?) beings are as dangerous as wild animals. No, more dangerous...
Sadly cavemen are everywhere now and they hide themselves so very well just like wolves within the sheep (sorry wolves)...
Still, I respect your courage as much as I envy 😂
Wish you meet with kind people throughout your whole life and travels.
Be safe..

Indeed ☺️🙏 I’m still in Cappadocia at the moment! But in a hostel that I mentioned:)
I really like how courageous you are, it’s really fun to travel on a motorcycle, but you are taking incredible risks and i pray that you will be safe and sound. Turkey is a very nice country but it can be very dangerous, and Kapadokya is 50 km from where I live, I’m guessing this guy was incredibly frustrated because he has no control over such a lovely lady. Just be careful please !

You did the right thing by getting out asap...when booze is involved people can become unpredictable.
You're doing fine and running away was the correct decision.
And know this these situations are common and everywhere, and your incident is minor comparing to what happens here in the USA.
Even in Europe.
I must admit that you Swedes are very relaxed and refined, that other people won't even bother mentioning what you felt strongly about.
At any rate when you return home you'll be a different person.
Also in Saudi and Kuwait you must cover your head and avoid the sun and heat between 12 and 5 to avoid sunstrokes, I mean it.
In Saudi I myself had a sunstroke and it was bad.
Have fun and stay alert.
Also if you plan on an escape don't make it known, just vanish quietly.
Türkiye'ye hoşgeldiniz, umarım en güzel duygularla ayrılırsınız.
Thank you 😊 yes I did!

Hi
I just encountered your video and heard about your unfortunate experience. It's so nice and kind of you that you're still trying to be empathic and stay away from generalizing the issue. As a Turkish citizen I am ashamed and felt really bad for what happened to you. It is definitely not nice and acceptable to make anyone feel unsafe in our beautiful country. I am apologizing for that man's behaviour and I hope during the rest of your journey you can encounter many more beautiful memories and those will make your visit unforgettable. I wish you a safe and pleasant journey. Also I strongly advise your to inform the authorities so they make sure that this will not happen to any other visitor in our country.
With my best regards.

I've been to Istanbul, I had couple of negative experiences there, I didn't feel much of a good hospitality, kinda aggressive, and to my surprise, they don't know English, you have to use some kind of sign language with them to understand, even at the most tourist areas like Sultan Ahmet area. The country is beautiful and clean but people in general were not so friendly. This was my own experience.
