Any advice for valve lash setup with the buckets? Im working on a similar build currently for my own car and am unsure if I've measured the buckets correctly. Does the oil residue or RTV cause any difference in the measurement? How far does the vvel need to be rotated? The service manual isnt super concise.
Just remember u only need to set the bucket changes and lash on ur jwt exhaust cams, typically I do this with the heads off...as long as your feeler gauges are flat and the tower system is anchored you should be able to get accurate bucket measurements, I normally only measure intake side to determine how noisy I think the factory valvetrain might be...but they always seem in spec
Thank you. I had an issue one of of my heads where the buckets fell out before i could label them, so i had to play mix and match until the measurements looked okay. Here's hoping i got it right!

@Mizagyu I've totally rolled over engines and dropped buckets.lol..to this day I always run thin cardboard under the engine stands on the floor
