đ TOP TIP: Place a tea towel under the lid of the slow cooker during the cooking time, this will prevent any moisture from dripping back down on the banana bread and making it go soggy! đ

Ingredients

200g strong white flour, (you can also use plain flour)
2tsp baking powder
2tsp cinnamon
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100ml vegetable oil
150g soft brown sugar
1tsp vanilla extract

Yes, foil is fine - you can put it over the tin. I done this with a slow cooker coffee cake I made recently, as well as a slow cooker treacle sponge, it worked really well!
I keep burning mine. If I did it on low instead. How long should I do it for?
Oh no, sorry to hear yours is burning. I would try it on low for maybe 4 hours? What slow cooker do you have? Maybe your slow cooker is running at a higher temperature.
