Hands are blessed with craft. This old gentleman makes guitar with so much of passion. Often we reject local hand made guitars so easily because of its quality and sound but never knew that makers are so much capable of making world-class guitars. Only they need financial support and proper tools to use. And his smile made me cry. So much ignorance by elite and rich people but still he smiles making six strings. Love from bottom of my heart.
If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. Amazing. When I build a guitar, I am so very careful. His main tool appears to be a freakin' hammer! These are low quality instruments, obviously, but damn! If nothing else that was incredibly refreshing . . . just in terms of his approach to instrument building.
😭😭😭
Yah refreshing alright....I bet u will not use this method to make one guitar....
@@fredgoh You got that right! But being super careful has it's problems too. It intimidates you, keeps you stalling before tackling particularly tough or stressful tasks. . . . and that's why they invented the CNC router! Which I don't own.
Я тоже подумал когда же он бензопилу подключит к созданию истинного инструмента ?!😀
right, i didnt see a vise of any kind or did i see how he bent the sides. if that is the sound of the instrument toward the end of the video, then i would call the end result a failure. antonio torres built fantastic guitars with just hand tools and his guitars are renown today across the world. but the video was amazing to watch, to bad he could not get the intonation to work correctly. i could watch this guy work all day, he is a craftsman.
This is so, so cool!!! That smile at the end! It's so refreshing! All the best for this amazing guy!
Huge Respect 🙏❤️,,,,Today, we are playing bcz of this hardwork,,,❤️🤘
Building a guitar is an art form.. Especially 100% by hand, Without all the power tools.. Beautiful artistry Sir..
Thank u
Q
his tools are bad
his attention to detail is pretty low
and he probably had no solid knowledge on the bracing system and the physics behind it.
his methods are dirty and some are very poor execution (glue, glue, glue)
nonetheless, an interesting video.
He used what he had. If anyone here thinks he made a fine guitar, you have never played one.
Looks like plywood and pallet wood. It will make sound and that’s about it.
@@trappenweisseguy27 When he nailed that nut into the fretboard I had the best laugh I've had in a while.
Yeah, me too. But I also laughed at him putting on a truss rod cover when there is no truss rod lol. It would be interesting to know what he sells these for locally. I doubt any of the locals can afford more than $20. Also, there’s a good chance those frets will fall out given that there’s no barbs on them. He would do well to drill some indentations on them for the glue to hang onto.
Hanging on a wall in a dark room it would look like a guitar. These appear to me to be decorations, not instruments.
@@kinkywinks The masterful way he sharpied on the rosette rings nd the bindings, just stellar craftmanship!
Amazing. There are no words to describe the skills, the techniques and the care involved in the whole process, seeing how the guitar was made 100% by hand.
Have You ever seen a real guitar? And You are definitively no instrument builder.
It takes so much time & labour for making such an incredible instrument. Really dedicated person, may god always blessed him.
Simply superb and excellent making skills with simple tools 👍👍👍👏👏👏🙏💯 great sir
the ebony fretboards take about a hundred years to grow to that size...that and the rosette nearly killed me....!!!
His playing is as skillful as his guitar making, but it’s a great outsider art sculpture. Amazing to put so much work into something like that!
Salute hai inki mehenat ko 👏🙂Sabd nahi hai bolne ke liye bas itna hi bolunga God bless you 😊
I respect his skills and time for building the guitar with limited tools and materials. Being a guitar player and having seen how high-end guitar manufacturers built the guitar. Some parts of the build surprised me like Darkening the fretboard to look like it was Ebony or rosewood, no Trussrod, The fretwire used, the white dots inlay with korex eraser, zero fret with separate nut, no proper finishing with sandpaper. Well it can be compromised considering the price.
Thanks for your valuable comment
All these problems can be fixed without any additional effort and it can be a real guitar
@@mohsin20003 as a Matter of fact! It is important for a guitar to have a truss rod! If not anything atleast a truss rod! But never the less we need to appreciate the man's dedication skill and love for his work too, and indeed it is a real instrument, maybe not for a long run but still it's no less than any branded ones.
U know...even with limitations, u know he can do better. Eg glue the bracing for goodness sake not nail them ....
I can respect him for being a hardworker. But that is not skill if u ask me. Nope it is not even close.
@@fredgoh yes but people in india all are not very fortunate my friend, to make a competitive guitar this man could not afford expensive tools.

Maravilhoso! !! Um Mestre.
He is very skilled and if he had better materials and maybe better tools, he would probably make excellent instruments. These instruments, however, probably won’t last very long. With steel strings and no truss rods, the necks will bend upward within a year and they will be unplayable. It also looks like top, bottom and sides are made of plywood or some other laminated wood. I wonder how much the craftsman gets per guitar compared to how much the final buyer pays. I would bet that they are advertised as “ hand made instruments” (which is correct) and sold for a lot of money. Interesting and educational to watch, however.
The neck needs adjustment. I'll just pry off this big trussrod cover and...son of a bitch!
Hats off to the community which does not cry over the things they don't have instead work with what they have. 🤩
Kaam complete hone ke baad face pe jo smile aayi, vo kaamal ki h 👌👌👌

This is one of the best examples of hand made with modest hand tools. A true craftsman, love the pride that he shows!
Thanks for your valuable comment
Aww! So much hard work and with plyboards. He can earn much much more if real wood is used: maple Shisam teak spruce. Right effort, bad choice. God gives great talent to some people but holds up on grey matter. Life goes on.
Whatever, the old boy looks quite happy ! 😁😁😁
May I know where he's working ? Contact details would be much appreciated.
I fell to honour to watch this video,,,what a great man,,,,,, I think he deserves a lot

🤘🤘🤘🤘Good job uncle ☺️☺️☺️meow
I'd love to get one of these guitars, not because of it's musical quality or great craftsmanship but because of the raw, basic, creative, cottage industry authenticity of such a unique, truly hand made instrument. Wonderful!
.
Yes! Will serve as a great showpiece. A great topic to start conversation for all.
@@lalitkrai3328 Nothing more than that unfortunatly...Not a musical instrument, just an object the resembles one. So much work and time for a worthless end result, very sad actually.
@@lf5858 Copy that. So much talent for nought. With the same effort and time but with spruce ebony maple etc. will make him rich. Must be earning peanuts but Hey ! He looks happy !!
Edit: I'm sad 😋😋
Edit2: my earlier comments getting vaporized. How come?
Edit3: hang on! Is the channel operator working on it?
We would be so honored to buy one of these instruments!! Had no idea this was happening!!!!

Que inteligência é um gênio parabéns 👏👏
A hug respect sir....n smile in his face🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️
The fact that he built this with no power tools ( other than one drill) no jigs, no sanders, no expensive saws or chisels!! His tools were in a pile on the floor, no stool sit on, he mostly built it on the floor, he painted the dots with a paint pen , and withe a marker around the sound hole... it looks pretty damn good! I'd like to hear it played.. well done sir!!!!
Plywood?. Not very good sound.
@@vChilem Yes. No good. But I think it can serve as a great showpiece at any wall or a corner of a room.🙄😏😄!
@@lalitkrai3328 guitar is for playing, not meant for walls...you idiot.
@@vChilem yeah probably won't sound really good or play good either, that guitar is very crude, BUT i am sure it works well, and sounds OK, just don't compare it to a high end guitar
@@edgartorres7283 Sorry, It's not difficult to know before hand how that guitar will sound: PLYWOOD, not the best material for guitar building. That guy is very good, he deserves better wood.
Simplesmente fascinante esse vídeo sobre a produção de um violão. Como o vídeo é grande mas não tem falas, sugiro a quem está sem tempo assistir na velocidade 2... Mas não deixar de assistir. Maravilhoso🤩🎼🎁👋🏾
