*Take it from a former christian.If you can teach people a religion or way of life based on feelings and emotions then you can get them to believe any concept ( trinity) no matter how illogical. This is why christianity is so seductive, popular, and so difficult to be rehabilitated from. It's also why they are the most defensive and aggressive when you challenge their doctrine. To them, saying Jesus isn't God is like saying Allah (swt) is not God. If you can wrap your head around that. They don't even realize that the Father and the Holy spirit are just placeholders in their faith. They really serve no purpose as they give all the praise, reverence, and gratitude to the son Jesus.*

If you have a religion, you must understand what concept of that religion. What is islam? Theres is no God but Allah and Prophet Muhammad is His messenger (syahadah). Simple as that. In islam, it has 6 pillars of iman (faith),,Believe in God, Believe in messengers, Believe in angels, Believe in The Holy Books, Believe in predestined, Believe in hereafter and day of judgement. Islam also has 5 pillars of islam..Declare syahadah. Praying 5 times a day, Fasting in month of ramadhan, give charity, do pilgrimage. Crystal clear.
