Very very valuable information. I am also HBsag+ from June 2003. Deducted during blood donation camp at Ahmedabad. Camp conducted by Army for Parthma society. No solid treatment given by anyone doctor from Army. Now under treatment in Artemis Gurugram but no medicine started. What to do next

Please advise -
Since few days my whole body has become swollen including stomach, and hemoglobin has also reduced a lot and +++albumin is coming in urine. And ultrasound and x-ray reported that there is accumulation of water in the chest. When that water was tested, it came out to be 55u/l. Please tell, can I get hepatitis? Should I get tested for hepatitis? My kft test is normal.

Previously I also commented that I was detected HBsAg positive during blood donation in Jun 2003. No treatment started by my hospital ie Artimis Gurugram. All the test conducted . Only fatty liver grade II and liver fibrosis diagnosis. What precautions and treatment should be started

Please सलाह दे-
कुछ दिनों से मेरा पूरा शरीर में swelling हो गया है include पेट,
और हीमोग्लोबिन भी बहुत कम हो गया है और यूरिन में +++albumin आ रहा है।
