Good lecture.Lot of home work you have done.
When patient of age 56 Years non alcoholic male .diagnised chronic liver cirocious 2cm x2 cms cysts segment 8 . Without biopsy as the placement and behivior pattern con as cancer given tace conclucluded .
a)No blood vomiting
b) No black stools
c) once Tace treatment given
d) PROBLEM FLUID FORMATION ONCE IN 5 WEEKS TILL NOW 4 TIME FLUID REMOVED WITH NEEDLE TREATMENT. THIS IS ONLY PROBLEM AS OF NOW.
e) Albumin injections given around , since then my appetite increased two times motion. Energy is there.Two times banding is done
f) Doctor advised to go for liver transplantation your advice please
d) Incidentally BP lowered 95 / 65 earlier it used to be 125/ 80 to 85.
