- This noob has been playing Tower Defense X for quite a long time now. He has grinded and obtained many towers to help his journey on beating endless mode. However, he is still DOGSHIT at this game, so bad to the point where he can't even beat intermediate mode. Will he ever reach his goals of beating endless mode? Or will he be stuck in the trenches?

Pro barracks tip: if ur gonna use it for early game, ALWAYS, like, ALWAYS get all 7 of them before upgrading them, then, its good if you split them up, like 4 top path barracks and 3 bottom path barracks, its really efficient.
Fun fact you can actually beat elite mode with top path operators only in singularity map
Your can also do it on moon base

@@periodslash also get grenadier or laser gunner, they are some of the best early to mid game dps, grenadiers stun is great, and laser gunner is meta in every mode, also NEVER use bottom path missile trooper, when using barracks i recommend u split the barracks between top path and bottom path, and also get edj, its tds commander and dj all in one tower, and finally FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE USE MORE THAN 2 OF ONE TOWER

towers i suggest you buy 1. farm 2. laser gunner (when ur high enough level) 3. juggernaut 4.Toxicnator and lastly rizz layer (he can kill expert mode boss pretty op but you have to know how to use it!)

Hey, this is from a 113 level no-life player , i just wanted to say slammer is not that good tbh:
It has low dps [i think 112-154] but has slapsh damage of 4 bottom and 8 top
The tower is also very cheap to upgrade in the bottom
Top allite bit expensive, oh and also both path stun[top stuns more]
Still a pretty solid value but for me , its kinda a 10k tower only.
Edit: also if your asking about medic hes very op , top able to make your towers immune and bottom able to do 3× DAMAGE to 1 tower, its worth it trust me, especialy with g jugg and xmw or other op towers lol.
Still don't buy it that early.

The only thing is good about slammer is stun top path can stun everything for 3 second and you can easily pass wave 125 using bottom path on latter wave slammer can made enemy group on way more better than gr

I reccomend using operator, and missile trooper and maybe farm if you want to beat intermediate a lot, and if you're going for elite I would have laser gunner or sniper, if possible a juggernaut would help for dps. and as for expert mode, I would recommend juggernaut, laser gunner, and railgunner as damage towerrs to beat the easier maps, as for hard maps like limbo I would replace laser gunner with Golden ranger, or throw in Armored factory somewhere in the loadout (use top path it's underrated).
Bro is skill issued, there is no "if possible juggernaut", he NEEDS juggernaut
you don't need farm for intermediate, mt 5-2 is just that cost efficient
@@de.jotabr Expert mode is fairly easy now, juggernaut is not needed but viable. Laser gunner can fulfill its roles. Even pre elite nerf I was able to beat elite with Laser gunner, unless he plays very poorly I don't see how he would need juggernaut.

Btw you can buy mine layer for expert mode but you need to know how to beat wave of explosive resistance enemy and also bullet resistance such as wave 25 31 36 and 38 those zombie can tank explosive so you might need barracks to deal with it and since barracks can pierce through armor and top path ignore bullet resistance and can detect stealth which is useful for stealth armored runners with 75% explosive resistance and 50% bullet resistence im recommend you to get 4 bottom path barracks for early- mid game and also 3 top path and at the end you just need to change bottom path barracks to top path and then continue spam mine layer bottom as well as baiting eradicator mk 2 rocket because if you not baiting it then most of your mine layer will dead instantly also one more you need to start spamming mine layer around wave 32-33 cause mine layer need time to make up an huge mine field where you can use it to instant kill the expert boss

Hey some tips from me.
First i suggest to buy farm, its cheap and makes lot of money.
Second, get the juggernaut, i know its 13k but its really good and it has no lvl cap.
Third, get Laser gunner when you hit lvl 35 its very good early game.

Fun fact: ranger can kill the bullet resistance enemies on his 2-3 upgrade, as by a not too old update he was buffed getting bullet resistance, you can beat solo intermediate with it now, needs micro and a long map.

Ay nice, now i recommend you to save for laser gunner then expert with teammates should be possible, also because patrol boat is a boat it can only go on water and there are like 5 maps with water in game so ya best of luck

Dude you can beat inter with just barracks operator and missile in apocalypse. Operator for early barracks for mid game and missile for mid and end game. I beat inter on my first try with this Strat I made up in 2 seconds.
Bro ur so underrated, how do you only have 1.2k subs? Also I'll give you my tip, grind easy mode on maps you haven't played and buy juggernaut, you get 80% more cash from beating a new map, and you can tell if you've beaten a map already if there's a bronze medal under the map name in the lobby :)

As a level 112 with over 200 hours put into the game, I think it is a very fun game but it just depends on how you like to play. TDX is meant to be more military styled, while TDS these days in more cartoony.
a good tower i'd suggest (as a level 125 guy) its armored factory, ngl its just like barracks but even better, at the max bottom path get a 6k hp tank that destroys everything and its pretty good tbh. btw we can play together in case you need some tips

you should start grinding for juggernaut its a very good tower that can make you beat elite or expert mode
save up for armored factory, this blud solos waved 1-35 on expert mode on singularity, then you will solo expert mode with other dps things.
you can make up to 9k coins per hour with this unit and save up for other things, also, grind, you need lvl 55 for this big vehicle factory.
ranger's top path on it's own he has 120 dps and with edj buff and john rage buff you can have a ranger 288 dps which is very good

What Level are you in TDS to suck this bad? Bro is just comment baiting at this point.
Things I want to say while also falling for the bait :
+ Bruh you can speed up the game by 50% in solo, I just fell for the comment bait.
+ If you noticed, Intermediate doesn't have much stealth enemies, so get more "non stealth" towers.
+ You should have spammed bottom path barrack, with at least M202 upgrade, its literally missile trooper but on the path, and rioter is also OP so get that, maybe a few top path barracks.
+ Should have spammed way more Operators and top path Missile Troopers, you don't really need much splash in Intermediate so dont get bottom path Missile, set some Missile Troopers to "Strongest" because of 3x direct damage.
+ You don't really need to max each tower out 1 by 1 as you would know if you actually played TDS and won a lot, what matters more is DPS, and you get DPS earlier by getting multiple cheaper towers not exactly Max lvl, I still wouldn't spam Level 0-0 obviously not so cost efficient as it may seem, like for example a max Ranger will obviously do more DPS than lvl 0 Rangers of the same value, while also having more range and consuming less space + stealth or grenade.
+ YOU SHOULD WATCH A TUTORIAL OR SMT, I LEARNED ALL THIS STUFF FROM WATCHING JOHNS DEV LOGS AND PLAYING THE GAME! I played TDS too as a level 120.
+ Why the actual hell did you use John when you were panicking? You could have won if you got like 10 Operators against Eradicator, John is expensive to upgrade, you could have gotten way more Operators which would be way more DPS.
+++++ You can win Intermediate while using Ranger as your main tower, get Assault Loadout for early game, its pretty good DPS then get the grenade, and a few Top path Rangers for stealth, when you are struggling get more max top path Rangers for more DPS.
Conclusion : You suck, I don't think you played TDS that much or maybe you suck at TDS too?

Eco reasons. When you get farm, and balance between defending and farming, you can achieve very good results such as beating intermediate with beginner towers.
