- This is a step by step tutorial on how I make these mushroom people. I made a Wizard with handlebar mustache, bowtie, glasses some magic scrolls a spell spook and herbs for potions of course. The second mushroom is kind of an old jolly pipe smoking, card playing and wine drinking mushroom guy. He carries extra tobacco in his side pouch. This is a clay sculpting DIY for anyone interested in Cosclay or Polymer clay. I list all the materials in the description and hopefully made this tutorial fun and easy to follow along.

These guys are so cool. I think I will do this. One suggestion. When I am trying to get clay to stick to wire, I wrap the wire in masking tape as tight as I can get it so the clay has something to grab onto. I can't wait to get started on these. Thank you for sharing.
I love this technique! You are so talented and thank you for posting this video. Gives me inspiration to create some little mushroom people too.

Aww thank you❤️ so glad you liked it.
I am new to polymer clay, but have been making fairy houses for years using traditional kiln fired clay. Your videos/tutorials really opened my eyes to the possibilities of polymer or cosclay. It has really shown me how I can better build with polymer. You are so talented. Thank you so much for sharing your process. Seeing your work come to completion each time is enthralling to me. Such fun to watch!
I really appreciate that ❤️ and glad that I can pass along some tips and tricks.
Just subbed. Fantastic tutorial - thank you. I hope you continue to make them. I love the work you've shared.

Absolutely gorgeous, got job lady
Thank you , I appreciate all your comments ❤️
This was amazing! What keeps the glitter in place? It looked like you were sprinkling it on at the end but I wondered how it would stay on the grassy area.
Thank you. You can spray just a bit of clear sealer or use a few drops of clear glue, before you sprinkle the glitter.
I do enjoy watching you work! Great character pieces! I use Sculpey polymer clay in what l do. It appears watching you work that CosClay is a stronger/hardier clay? I haven't seen it for sale here in Australia yet.
Thank you. I used to use Polymer until I discovered Cosclay. It’s more forgiving with mistakes and it bakes more smooth. It stays slightly flexible almost a little rubbery. So the pieces are less fragile and mine have survived falls. It’s about the same price as Polymer. There’s 2 places that I get it from. www.dickblick.com www.cosclay.com I’m not sure if you could get it from there but I do hope you get a chance to try it.
@@awaitesart thanks for your reply and info!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤I kindly ask you to make dwarves, elves
I‘m in the middle of home renovations but when I come back to art I’m sure I can make some elves/dwarves ❤️
I’m just learning how to create faces on my mushrooms. Any tips?
I have a couple of videos that show how I create faces. I just start with a blob of clay and usually focus on the nose first.
