Thank you so much for sharing with us Mr Lawrence‘s superb stringing technique which he has built up for 35 years. Full respect🙏
35 years ! that's a lot of stringing experience . Salute to you sir !
Thank you for sharing, I repeat every video. I take to much knowledge in this video. 1. How to mount racket 2. Horisontal is 10% higher tension 3. 5 top of string back to normal tension 4. How to knot stings... so thank you very much yonex. I love yonex from Indonesia 🇮🇩
he should show us more details on mounting the racquet... most of the stringers have no problem on pullig the strings, however the mounting step yes. the camera man should shoot from Lawrence's angle in order to show us how to not too over-tighten the racquet when mounting
That was so good and informative ,thanks Mr.lawrence .

I love Yonex from india
Iam following yonex stringing 4 knot method
is that the four knots are same?especially for cross starting..
Luar biasa. 👏👏👏
Yonex zr 100 light.. How much tension it can take??
Please help
Hi, great video, I was always told the main strings are power and cross strings for control, yet you say the opposite? The original 2 piece or hybrid stringing patterns from tennis would normally have synthetic on the mains and GUT on the crosses for the reasons I said, can you clarify this please? Cheers
I think he stringing million of racquets. 🙏🏻
Doing the job for 35years is a great achievement in itself, imagine the knowledge the muscle memory he's having... I'll get my racket gutted by him after becoming the best player
The amount of times I have issues with blocked holes by a post so you cant even get a pair of pliers in to help. Tugging, pulling up, pulling down and then the string snaps.
can u do a nearest video of the knote.....🙏
How tight do i have to mount the racket? Cause some people say it has to be a little loose, but other people say it musn't be moving. I have the idea my rackets are a little disformed, due to not properly mounting it. Anybody tips?
He literally explained this at the start of the video
In some videos the cross string is stringed either from the bottom or the top. Why is it not done from the middle, like it is done with the main string?
It is possible to start the crosses from the middle but it takes longer and in order to retain the correct head shape it is best to start from the bottom (throat) and not the top. In tennis the crosses are normally strung top down but badminton, again because of the head shape is bottom up.
Who much price is stringing machine
Is there any difference between starting cross string from 9th hole and 8th hole?
You use extra string. Cuts into profits.
I just realised after rewatching this video his cross string on the side of the racket has overlapped his mains strings. Is that okay? Wouldn’t the cross string be digging into the mains potentially causing damage? You can see at 14:42
I gave my astrox 100zx to string 24lbs main and 26lbs cross. Just by the time got home, the head was elongated. What would be a perfect solution for that?
Buy an original racket.
@@GarryChenYT ooh it's original genuine racket. It's just a manufacturing defect. Yonex agreed to replace it.
i thought for aerobite the main string tension is higher than cross string, but you said in the video that main was 24lbs and cross 26lbs. any comments guys?
Not sure about the Aerobite, though generally the Yonex guys tell to use about 10% more tension on the cross than on the main.
Farras when you string the main, it is straight, so the tension is less than crosses. When you weave the cross string in and out, the tension in mains goes up as the string is no longer straight, it's being pulled by the crosses, hence the result is the cross and main should be similar at end. Hope you understand.
When is he tying the first knot of the cross section? And how?
After I pull the first three crosses against the start clamp, I tie off the bottom cross in hole no 6 using the same knot as for tying off the mains.
I wonder how it will be like when you replaec badminton string with guitar string
Gonna get one and try to beat players
How many meters string do we need for stringing one racket in badminton?
10m
4.6m + 3.8m usually.
Is it normal for badminton rackets to change shape a bit after stringing? After stringing (26lbs x 26lbs), I found my Yonex 100zz badminton got a bit elongated and narrower in sideways (about 3~4 mm). Is is normal?
You should stringing (26lbsx28lbs), after stringing, your rackets won't change shapeand the tension overall will be 27lbs.
👍
Why he isbusing aerobite in mains and aerosonic in cross
26 main and 24 cross
Is there anyone here who knows how much it costs to put a new string for the racket?
If you buy 200m of string it'll be around 5-6 dollars for each racket, but if you use a 1 string set like him it'll be around 8 dollars. So you save money by buying the big role of string in the long run.
4 simpul tuh gini?
nice video... where can I get a certification in Europe after some courses?
Not sure which country you are from but the ERSA are starting to roll out some badminton certification courses. The syllabus is now ready and the first round of testings have taken place in Taiwan.
@@marklawrence180 Does Yonex have any courses?
How to become a part of Yonex team?
@@accessdenied2010 Yonex have run seminars in various countries, generally in conjunction with major events at which the Yonex Stringing Team have been working, but there is no structured progamme of courses.

Please Gift for me.yonex.😭😭
In Malaysia we have Halim Stringer who is the best stringer in the world.
not good for very beginners
The side supports are way too close to the 3 and 9 oclock positions. Racket shouldn't be moving on the mounts either, you wanna give support enough to the frame without it shifting and causing warping or cracks. The first clamp isn't needed, it slows down the process, double pull then retension both strings.
