Nifi is simple and very easy option with very less coding . Apache Beam and Apache Flink have some great support of batch/streaming and windowing.
spring state machine is also an option i think, maybe on a smaller scale

1. For the Spring OAuth2 client, we have properties like spring.security.oauth2.client.registration.{partner}.client-id. If the OAuth endpoint takes any non-standard parameter like audience then how can I do that?
2. If I have 2 microservices and both of them have 1 DB table each but these 2 tables are joined with foreign key, then how can I do that in my springboot application.
Can you please demonstrate this by building a sample application?

Can we use azure data factory for workflow orchestration?
Azure Data Factory solves the ETL workloads. ETL cannot directly be correlated to Workflows. AWS Steps functions can be treated as Workflow orchestrator

Argo is also one of the workflow engine.
Yes Krishna. Since Airflow can be run on kubernetes, i did not mention about Argo.
Cool. AFAIK, dynamic / event driven workflows were not supported Airflow. If possible, please make a video on Airflow. Thanks!
