This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Smart Cootages. The model for this home is the “Swan.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,300 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

LR is too small: Increase depth by removing the Entertainment/closet of the adjoining "bedroom" which could be designated office/multipurpose room. Either that or enclose left side of porch to gain sq footage in LR.
For a $191000 I would buy a real house. That just looks like a mobile home with a couple of sheds stuck on the end.

This would make an awesome beach house. It's perfect size and it's light and airy, giving a beachy feel.
I really like this one! Add another cabinet to the right of the oven/cooktop in the kitchen and toss the microwave in there so you can open up that space above the cooktop, and I'd LOVE this place!

It's not my most favorite floorplan, but I really like this one a lot!!!
Lovely! Esp the master bedroom :) One thing I'd request/customize, if possible, would be to move the front door over to the dining area side of the home, vs the LR side. This way, there's more floor space for typical larger LR furniture pieces. It's a bit tight right now with the front door traffic path cutting into the area.

I really love that they Didn't put them Cheap Looking Wire Racks in this model. The doors are also anice step up. No Shower Curtain either which is also a major PLUS. THE DIFFERENT ANGLE CEILINGS TRULY MAKES IT DEFINITELY LOOK BIGGER N More APPEALING. Thank You Chance

I'm glad the marriage line is flush to the floor. The flooring is nice, glad there's no carpeting. There are lots of cabinets in the kitchen, and plenty of storage throughout.
My favorite features are the huge porch, the windows and the architecture throughout.
LOL, I am new to manufactured homes. I thought a marriage line was to separate into his and hers. I could get behind that.

This one I really like. Great kitchen. Bedrooms the right size, not so big so wasted space. Four things I would change. Heat vents in the floor, carpet in the living areas, gas appliances and utilities, a seat/bench in the master shower. This is a great house.

This has will have excellent curb appeal for sure! I love the master shower! I would definitely need a pantry!, it is very well built! Another plus is that it is built out of Fort Worth, Texas is a plus

Chance, Man you always show some pretty cool, homes! I would do a few things to that home though. For one i'd have a sauna or heater in the master bathroom because i would think people would get cold in the open shower, definitely put a glass door on it too. The front porch i'd enclose, and put a small a/c unit for all season enjoyment. probably do the back porch too so the guest of the master bedroom would be connect so the adults can have some private time out back to relax at the end of the day. Oh and i'd switch the tv to the door side too, I don't like my back being at the front door would like to see who is out there or coming in. I think that's the only things i'd change though.

I've started binge watching looking at these homes. There are many nice features, but something that I find strongly off-putting is the claustrophobic feel of the secondary bedrooms. I think that having a double window instead of a single would make those rooms feel much better.

It's a nice little home though.
As a wheelchair user this home is perfect. A ramp can be added to the front. The porch is a lovely area for some outside access and the livingroom/kitchen/dining area is perfectly accessible. It's modern and cosy at the same time. I love, love, love it. Its a winner for sure.
Chance, Great home. The only thing I would change is less sink area in the master & give more area to the commode area. That looked really small. Love the home otherwise. 😊

4:30 HANDLES on cabinets and drawers, please! Ensures good grip, prevents jamming fingers, allows towel placement, keeps food and dirt off the wood, and is easier if you have a disability.
I do like this layout, though I would have the island removed, for a detached, portable piece...giving a more flexible layout of living room furniture. Thinking of how I live...😊
I MIGHT be able to do without a tub in the master but no way could I do without a PANTRY in the kitchen. Other than those two things, it is still a beautiful home.
Love the home, but the master closet is very small and it would have been nice to have a tub in the master bathroom. Other than that love it.

I really like the look of this home, even the exterior. I have a difficult time wrapping my head around the cost. Just seems like too much when you factor in all the other costs, foundation, property, electric and plumbing hook up, taxes, and other fees. What size are the studs? I don’t like the hallway, seems quite narrow. The master bedroom is quite nice.
I love the cabinet colors and the staging. But, we just bought a 16 x 72 and it has larger rooms than this one!

What size is good for a walk in pantry.
If that's the Swan, the floor plan bedroom sizes on the website are different than what you show on the video. The website says the bedrooms are: 13x8, 11x0, and 11x7.
Put this house in a great climate and build a HUGE screened-in porch. Then knock the price down at least $75K and it's possibly doable.

The kitchen is sized correctly I love that Island is perfect
