How to prevent jams?

Trying to use the hot laminating function and it’s just flashing continuously on ready and won’t heat up. Any advice?

I’ve had it on for more than 15minutes now and still flashing on Ready. Truly disappointed as I’ve only used this laminator a few times.

Yeah, I still have that laminator But don't like it compared to other brands.

This machine is trash, claimed 10 mil laminating..a big fat lie. It would not seal and damaged my artwork.

i bought one, its rubbish, cutters dont work right and it leaves marks around the finished item

Yeah, it's okay unit at best after using it for a while I found it to not he's as good of quality.
