“Hi G45ers! This is Linh (@LVHandcrafted) and I’m sharing a tutorial showing how to make these fun Magic Wallets. They are perfect for holding cash or gift cards, so I’ve made a small stash to keep on hand for when I need a last minute gift idea. Also, it only uses one sheet of 8x8 pattern paper and a bit of ephemera or a cut-apart, so this is a great scrap-buster for when you’re down to just a couple sheets or a few scraps.
It may surprise you to learn that you can create these fun wallets in 10-15 minutes but the magic will keep the recipient pondering how the content magically move from one side to the other!
TIP OF THE DAY!
These are great as money holders as well, but if you do use them as gift cards, consider turning the design to be landscape. The ribbon will hold the gift card a bit more securely and the gift card orientation will match the wallet.

Super cool! 😎 As soon as you said the mat size is 3x4, I immediately thought"PROJECT LIFE CARDS"! You could potentially use 4 project life cards for matting on each wallet. That would make all those project life cards we all have 'MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR'!!! 😛

I have tried to make it work but I can’t get it to work.
@@user-yy3qd5ms5e can you describe what's happening? The wallet will only open one way so if it's assembled correctly it might be just trying to open in the other direction
