I've never been called perfect, cloudy or gorgeous but fluffy, yes... The pandoro looks delicious and those cherries are luscious. I've never seen maraschino cherries that dark.
Those were real maracino cherries. If you're like me and live in the US, we get the fake version unfortunately. Pretty much like everything else we get from other countries.
In this case it's a pandoro, not a panettone. But still even with panettone, with a little bit of imagination, here in Italy, we do a lot of nice things to make it less “boring”. But even a simple slice of panettone, instead of eating it as simply as it is, I for example at breakfast put some Nutella on it, or some peanut butter with a little honey, to make it more interesting. However, I must say that panettone is good in all ways !
I love when Senorita Pasta Queen starts yelling loudly then talks coyly then starts yelling again. She seems a bit bipolar and I love a Bipolar Pasta Queen!!!
Just so the Americans on youtube don't freak out 😂😂😂😂 To pasteurize would need to be in 70°C for Salmonella for 8 to 10 minutes, utterly nonsense. Eggs, better when fresh, have less salmonella problems than almost any other food item these days, as checked thoroughly. A few years ago an entire wedding party in England got salmonella from the coreander herb chutney 😢
Fluffy like me!😮😅 Uh, ok! This time the Pasta Queen almost turns into a Bond villain with those laughs 😂😂😂🎉 Great recipe, except for the Italian Pandoro cakes, I recommend doing your own! Way more buttery that way and fluffy!
When I was a child, my Father used to make for me the Uovo Sbattuto (beaten egg). It's just whisked egg yolks and sugar. He used to make it in a glass using a fork. I used to add some biscuits in it. It's still one of the best food I had in my life! Its a wonderful healthy raw cream. The eggs have to be extremely fresh and good! In Italy, in general, we still can trust the food. There some places in the world where it looks like the food it's so dangerous., especially in the US. They are so scared of a raw egg but sometimes so confident eating a burger or fries in a fast food. This is strange....
My Christmas prayer for you is one of love and health on this day so that you can enjoy and prosper in the New Year with your loved ones and your friends.
Yeah, I guess you could call me fluffy. Most would say fat, but I'll take fluffy. 😆 Geez, you've got the good maracino cherries. Ours in the US are the wanna be version.
The drama detracts from the content. I’ve tried several times to watch her videos but I’ve never been able to get through a single one. If I wanted to watch a drama, I’d go to the movies.

They're amarena cherries. Used in a proper manhattan. Available in US.
@@meversace I do live in the U.S. Probably specialty stores have them.

As a Greek I concede that italian pastry and food as a whole is just gorgeous.... goddamn. Merry Christmas!

This looks fantastic! I might have made this if I knew about it earlier. Oh well, maybe next year ! 🎄
But you still have time if you have a Pandoro at home. No need to wait until next year. 😉
@@aris1956 Honestly, I don't have a Pandoro at home. It is what it is.
I here did not understand how the eggs are pasteurized (as she says).
Put into 60°C water for I don't know how long 😂😂😂
