Strike last rule. During the Combat phase, a model with this special rule that
is engaged in combat reduces its Initiative characteristic to 1
(before any other modifiers are applied). If a model has both
this rule and Strike First, the two rules cancel one another out.

Shouldn't the orc boss have gone befor the slayer since he charged since strikes first is canceled by strikes last +2 int on charge I thing right so int 6 orc vs 5 dwarf?
Think you're right, looks like the missed the initiative bonus from the charge. Easily done I guess when there's so much going on.

Gosh, I love Trollhorde.
I’m 8 games into Old World and have yet to have a unit of slayers be effective.
I'm one game in and my unit of slayers were phenomenal!
Killed 10 ironguts and a bruiser!
In troll horde you can reroll the Regeneration from the troll pants

I have a question about cover, if my models shoot a unit partially covered from a wood (-1 to hit) but during shooting I see they got Los partially covered because of another unit or terrain, it’s doble -2 to hit ( so -2 in total)?🤔
That Goblin Wizard should have lived, it had more than one chance to avoid the bombs. Eg hiding in the unit or moving 1/2 " less so the Gyros could not skip past. I appreciate the intent and sportsmanship, but that seemed unneccesary.
Yeh also the "look out sir" rule. I thought that would have come into play wouldn't it?
@@DavidLee-xr3kb It's hard watching MM batreps. They make critical errors in the early turns that ruin the game like this one.

@@DavidLee-xr3kb Everyone messes up! Facts: You are not MAKING A LIVING playing TOW. My thing is if these games were at a GT Steve is catching cards EVERY game and that is bad. They should really try harder to be good at their JOB. I get people that film a game in the living room and post it. This is a PROFESIONAL presentation of the old world and the rules are wrong A LOT.
Finally a great weapon with a master rune of swiftness and some furry runes. I was wondering why you hadn’t made it yet on any of your characters

I'm not sure on this, but could the gyros even target the wizard? He was within 3" of those goblins and not the closest target. I thought that fell under the whole "no targeting allowed" core rule+FAQ, e.g. like cannons.
the character becomes the closest target when the gyro is directly over it
