If you can only see the problem, solutions tend to allude you and you find despair…
2. if you find yourself in a state of fear and panic. Find the one point of attention. I focus on my hara, my naval, my belly. Hara is the Japanese samurai’s way of detaching from their fear of death in battle by finding this one point of attention.
Translated from the Japanese hara simply means belly, yet there is so much more to this intriguing word. At a deeper level the word, hara, means one’s true nature, who one truly is as a human being. So, it is not just a physical centre in the body but also the centre of one’s true nature.
3. When I find the idea of death reaching towards me, telling me the story of death, that death Is coming for me… I can allow it to pass by as just a whisper, an egoic taunt. The power of now, by Eckhart Tolle, is my source of inspiration in this watching of the ego mind. I find that by being aware that this is just a story playing out, that I am in fact just the reader of this book called life. I can find myself just simply observing the word ‘Death’. being just that, a word. It literally holds no meaning to me because it is the narrative of life. Life always ends just one way, with death. But it does not have to be in the now. In this moment, right now, I am alive. I take a breath, I know I am alive and that this flutter of a thought, a feeling, is just a thought, just a feeling. So, I allow myself to be in this moment and I come back to this moment by taking a breath and finding my hara once again!

i really think that simple 'will to live' is the main factor in surviving/overcoming any kind of terminal disease, and something that not enough research is done into because its hard to quantify scientifically, despite it making a huge difference in outcome.
my boss's grandma (who was in her late 90s) died recently and she was telling me about her, about how shed been told she only had so-many years to live three times in her life and proven the doctors wrong literally each time because she was such a stubborn individual. obviously part of it is out of our control, but willpower and belief are powerful things. god bless you dude, keep fighting!
I hope the community guidelines can appreciate the importance of this and not disappear it.

Also keep every feeling in the now. 'I now feel this or that'. And.. letting go of things that you can't change now. If you can't take a micro step in a certain direction right now, than the thought is just a story from our ego, our mind, our thoughts. Just a story. Future thinking.
If you 'can' take a micro step to a solution, then it's an actual goal, not just a story in (and of) our brain 🌹

@@pablokelly624 hahaha well.. The more people we reach the better! I know one of my dear friends with the same also had send you a message. Her tumor grew and now another extra. She is now trying keto because of me and is also taking the oils now. I am sure she would love some tips or ideas from you as well. In her case the treatments didn't work, So she can use all the strength she can get. But you are rocking it and I feel you got this Pablo! 😘
