Hi Pablo, I'm from Brazil and I've read a lot about your case since I do metabolic therapy myself for a few years, it has changed my life and I'll stick to it forever. My mom died from cancer and I'm moved by your story, made a small donation, not much since my currency is really devalued at 5x the rate of the USD, but it was heartfelt. One thing I didn't hear you do was prolonged fasting (14-20 days), did you try it at any point? Was wondering if it's something you could consider now, along with the glutamine blockers as part of the "push-pulse" strategy by Thomas Seyfried.

I think that the lesson here is to think about what causes cancer in the first place and consider how a poor diet can lead to metabolic syndrome. Perhaps a keto/paleo diet, coupled with intermittent fasting is the way to go. Surely it would be easier to keep something fixed, rather than waiting for it to break?

Nope
Must have been a very difficult decision buddy.
For what its worth, i would always choose quality over quantity. Id rather have 10 weeks of good quality living than 10 months of misery.
You're looking pretty well, keep moving, keep positive, look for refinements you can make.

Pablo God bless you to start mate, I was diagnosed with CRC recently and am examining the metabolic control and management of this with a therapeutic keto diet and other re-purposed drugs like fenben and mebendazole to pressurise the cells of the tumour in readyness for a pulse proceedure H-BOT, hyperbarric saturation to kill it off properly. Mebendazole is easy to get but on the pack it states take 1 tablet (100mg) but if you need another dose wait 2 weeks, not sure how to dose and take this, do you know?
