- Keto pizza and carnivore pizza is dependent on one thing: THE CRUST! This carnivore pizza crust / keto pizza crust is so good for the keto diet, carnivore diet, and more, and best of all you can make a bunch of them and freeze them! Add your favorite toppings to the frozen crust, bake around 15 minutes, and pizza night is back on the menu for all kinds of low carb diet folks!

Pizza Crust:
7 eggs separated whites from yolks
1 block cream cheese (8oz)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 Tbsp Parmesan
4 Tbsp egg white powder
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp melted butter
Separate eggs. Mix yolks with softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tsp gelatin. Add 2 Tbsp egg white powder and mix well. Add 1 Tbsp of butter, melted and mix well. Try to whip air into this mixture as much as possible.
Add egg whites to a mixer bowl or another large empty bowl. Add 2 Tbsp egg white powder, and 1 tsp gelatin to egg whites. Whip this mixture to stiff peaks.
Combine two mixtures like soufflé. Add 1/3 of egg white mixture to yolk mixture and combine well. Add the other 2/3 of the whites to the yolk mixture and mix gently but completely so no white streaks or lumps are left. Refrigerate this mix for 30 minutes.
Split mix in half on two parchment paper covered cookie sheets and spread as 10-12 inch pizzas. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until fully baked. Remove and let cool. Wrap in plastic and freeze.
Top crust with favorite toppings and sauce and bake 12-17 minutes on a preheated pizza stone at max oven temp (525F for my oven). Serve immediately.
Carnivore Alfredo Sauce (seasonings optional):
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp water
1 large egg
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients except parmesan in a bowl and whisk constantly over a double boiler until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Continue whiskin off heat 10-15 seconds to cool. Add parmesan and combine. Let cool before adding to pizza crust.

I worked at two pizzerias. The big secret pizza cheese recipe is 80% mozzarella, 10% cheddar, 10% provolone. The cheddar adds color and flavor while reducing excessive mozzarella stringiness. The provolone adds a deeper Italian aged flavor. and also reduces excessive stringiness.
PS: Parm reg on top adds flavor, too.

As a carnivore I’m thankful for the trailblazers that create great recipes. I will definitely try it. Also just to say I really love the way at the end on the video you and your wife sit down together and actually eat and discuss and analyze the food taste, texture etc. So better to me than just taking a bite and saying it’s good. I've been waiting to have time to make this for dinner and, finally, tonight was the night. It was SO GOOD! My wife gave it a 10 out of 10 and our 3 year old didn't know the difference -- to him it was just pizza! If you know how picky toddlers and little kids can be, that's really an accomplishment.

Because the Keto Twins made this pizza this week, I gave it a try. After hearing your wife and the twins say that it isn’t eggy tasting I was convinced. Okay, here I sit feeling like everyone else! Eating a pizza with a crust that is very much like the grain versions. No egg taste and no egg texture. I would know! I have hated eggs my entire life. Texture and taste.

One of the best things about this pizza - early satiety with all the healthy fats and meats! No bread "carb triggers" in the carnivore version to cause "whole pizza demolition"! Can't wait to try it!!❤

My first comment on you tube ever. Have been carnivore since January 2023. So many health improvements as others have said. Not going to repeat. AWESOME pizza crust recipe Chris. Keep up the great recipes. Today I made crust in 2 cookie sheets from basically corner to corner. Cut into 8 pieces each and use 2 as pieces of bread. Makes a great sandwich that doesn't fall apart. I have missed my sandwiches and thanks to you I can now have them. Give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed

It was excellent! I eat pizza but pull all the toppings off and throw the crust away. To be able to eat the crust was so satisfying. It was delicious and very filling. I ate 3 pieces and was stuffed. My husband polished off the rest of it. 😂 Thanks, Chris.

Do you have to freeze the crust if you’re using it right away?
You don’t have to, but I think they do cook better that way. It lets the bottom get darker while keeping the center softer. But either way works.

Words can't describe how much I want a slice of that pizza. Those pizzas look like something you would see on a freaking pizza commercial. At first I was all like "that crust sounds like a lot of work", but as I saw it come together and considering I am good at tasting food by looking at it, I think the work would be well worth it. I'm not much of a cook, but I might have to try this.

My grandson loved his personal pizza! It really does handle like a conventional pizza crust. We made one with sausage, olive oil and anchovies, with a sprinkle of Parmigiano Reggiano, and a bit of cayenne. Just like mom made. Macros for full recipe: calories 1802, protein 99 gm, carbs 22 gm, fat 146 gm. Do the math for however much you eat.

I agree this is a great idea. Whenever we go to go family celebrations, I take a keto/carnivore version of whatever is being served for my husband and I to enjoy (along with some extra in case any one wants to try some). It makes us feel more a part of the celebration and not like we are being deprived. It makes staying keto/carnivore much easier.

I will definitely make this! This is the best reason for this keto girl to buy egg white powder! This fills a huge hole for me. I love pizza more than anything, just about, but there’s also a social element to pizza. Like you guys were saying it’s often an event. A movie night or a special occasion or having friends over or whatever. It’s definitely a celebration food whether it’s, for special time or, a celebration of being alone and being able to get whatever toppings YOU want, or some special movie you’re going to watch from home. I'm just wondering what or why there is a thing called egg white powder. Where do we get such things?
Originally it was designed as a protein powder or as a way to keep eggs shelf stable. Online is the easiest place to get it. It’s just freeze dried egg whites. The proteins with no liquid bound up in them act different than liquid egg whites when cooked. Here’s one I like to use.

Ooo, just made this for dinner. I had pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon. I will buy sausage for next time. The only thing not Carnivore that I put on it was some Banana Peppers. So yum! My non-Carnivore Diabetic husband ate it and was happy to not have the carbs. This was very easy to make. THANK YOU!!!

I made the crust a couple weeks ago and put it in the freezer. I made the pizza today...finally. OMG my husband and I liked it alot. I should have cooked it a bit longer, but I thought some of the items were starting to burn...they weren't. 2 thumbs up from me!!!

So I finally got around to this pizza crust recipe. Yummy. It is so much more than any other crust I have tried. But Uhmmm Wow to the slice I had the next day cold from refrigerator. DELICIOUS 🤤. Thank you both and keep them coming

you are the most talented cook I've ever watched. This brings me so much joy knowing there is not one single ounce of almond flour. You are making my keto journey that much easier. I tried Keto 2 times and I failed because the majority of YT use almond or coconut which doesn't taste good.

Often I find if I can make a bread product carnivore instead of just keto I actually like it better. If it’s not done right it’s terrible, but if I get it perfect I think it always tastes better than the keto options.
