This was a brilliant resource Aika and it’s incredibly heartwarming to hear that you’ve been able to make use of the support around you as your embark on the final year of your training. So much of this resonates and I hope to be keeping a lot of what you’ve said in mind as I embark on the Child Psychotherapy training myself. Congrats and thank you for sharing this 🎉

So great to see you back! I always check your channel to see if there may be a new video. I am aspiring to get into a PhD program this year after teaching psychology at university. I realized that I really want to go the clinical psychology route.
Anyhow, thank you for sharing your experience! I have gained some insight as to what awaits me.

Thank you Aika for all of your reminders!🥰 I’ve been been following you before I got onto the doctorate. Thank God it worked out for me this year! I’m now watching this video as a trainee! This is so surreal🥲
And also coming from Hong Kong, I’m so grateful to see someone of a similar background speaking on topics around ClinPsyc🥹 Ga yao, all the best to your third year Aika!♥️

I wanna ask some questions about how to study psychology 1. how do you learn and take notes from the course material when you first encounter it(slides, core reading) and make it stick? So, do you make condensed notes or notes with great detail about how those experiments support the theory? 2. How do you revise those content (How do you make flashcards for psychology content)? . If possible can you make a video talk about these things? 唔該晒

please check out my “how to get a first in your psychology degree” vid, pretty much cover all these points!

@@TheOxfordPsych I have watched that video before but I think it just covers basic ideas of my points. Therefore, I still don't know how to use active recall for psychology content🥲🥲. So, I want more details and practical guidance from you.
